As the title states, I’m three weeks into sertraline on 50mg. I do believe that it is working , but over the past few days , I’ve seen an increase in my anxiety with jitterness. I find myself randomly shaking my legs like I am nervous or anxious for no apparent reason. I have also started having crazy palpitations that last pretty much throughout the day. Anyone else have a similar experience ?

Hii I’m a new BCBA and I’m having a bit of anxiety. My RBT coordinates asked me today if during supervision for RBT I do some one on one time. I explained to her that I usually supervise and do one on one with the clients to teach new interventions and so the RBT can learn. I mentioned that I don’t wanna be on my computer the whole time and that I like to be involved in session basically. But now I’m overthinking it.
What do your sessions look like. Maybe I am too involved with my RBTs? Idk I only have 3 and I just started like 2 weeks ago plz help ease my anxiety.
So basically during supervision is the BCBA able to do like one on one to teach the RBT?
And what do your sessions look like for in home.
I typically try to review the notes from RBTs, collect data, review data, add new goals, add procedure details. And usually I try and show the interventions for maladaptive behaviors since it’s all new clients that we’re still trying to figure out what works. (Like blocking, etc)

I got 10 blank CD’s and cases, and my bro says he’s interested in Kanye so I figure this might “elevate” his first listening, if he has a physical copy on our upcoming road trip.
Obviously we’ve got to do the Dropout Bear trilogy, but what about the other 7? I’d prefer to only do official releases, but like wouldn’t mind calling one So Call Me God of all the singles released during that era.

Any recommendation on mechanical keyboard with wire and wireless connectivity and a full number pad. Mostly using it for work. I had keychron K4 for 3 yrs but it stopped working on me due to faulty firmware. I did everything I could find on the internet to fix but i gave up. So I’m trying to avoid any more of keychron keyboard .
