So i have adhd and I find it very hard to make friends and keep them. I was often told that I don't share my problems and keep to myself and it is scary because no one knows what is going on in my head. At this point I had made two friends who I had started trusting a lot. So i figured that it is safe to open up. As i starting opening up they slowly started ghosting me and pulling away. I don't like being left out and yet i feel like I have been left out my entire left from friend circles. To top it all off i started having strong feelings for one of those friends because she made me feel safe while sharing my opinions. On some level they both knew about it. Eventually I had this scary thought that two of my closest friends, one of whom I had feelings for were dating. It might not be my business if they were but nonetheless I would have liked to be told instead of me sharing everything with them and them going behind my back and making me look like a fool. That was when insecurity of being left out hit me the worst. Do bear in my it looked like it and it might not be entirely true. But that was enough to scare me. I tried to act normal because I thought i was the problem for acting wierd due to the feelings and I tried to be as normal as possible with both of them. Now they both are very close, maybe even dating, I feel very lonely and scared about making friends or opening up again. The one time I tried to properly trust people and open up, they abandoned me and made me look like a fool without telling me they were dating. It's hard to deal with failure when you have tried so hard in making friends and socialising. I don't know what to do. REALLY NEED SOME HELP HERE.

In the winter my hand gets really dry and cracked easily so i constantly have apply lotion but when I do, I always feel a burning sensation thats quite painful on my skin and a red rash on my hand. I’ve used Aquaphor sometimes but I don’t like the sticky feeling so I’ve been trying to find a good lotion to no avail. I’ve tried: Eucerin Advanced Repair, Cetaphil, Goldbond, Vaseline (scented which I assume was the problem there) and none of them help, I think I’ll try Nivea or VaniCream next but I don’t want to keep buying lotions that hurt.
Please let me know any advice would be great :)

I have 2 tabs. Using When the page loads, it shows the tabs with the tab bar. The URL gets updated to localhost:8080/tab1 . At this point when I refresh the browser, I get a page saying route not found.
Ideally I would prefer the URL to stay same as localhost:8080 even when a tab is selected. If that is not possible, I would like to find if there is a way refresh the browser could work.
I have created the app using create expo, so I could not use NavigationContainer to wrap over Tab.Navigator.
My current page is like below:

Hi, I recently caught ringworm from a cat and have treated the patches; however, my scalp has been irritated and I'm worried it might be scalp ringworm. I'm trying to set up a dermatologist appointment but it's taking a bit. I was just on 2% ketoconazole shampoo daily for 6 days. The irritation has been going on for about a month, but I only noticed the hair loss within the last couple of days.
Can you please let me know if this looks like ringworm? Or something else?

I see the following conditions in my documents,

I work as a credentialing coordinator for a Medi-Cal Healthcare plan. Occasionally we have scam emails and I never clicked on them and my company warns us of scams and phishing emails.. but today I fell a victim to one 😨
It came through from a doctors office we have communicated before with. I clicked on the link thinking it was a secure email for a new doctor application. It asked for my email and password and entered it because I know some secure emails as for the email and my computer has been acting weird freezing lately so I thought it just needed me to log in again…
Well once I logged in, it said error. I thought hmm I’ll try again later. I noticed the email disappeared later and a hour or 2 later. My account was locked and I couldn’t log in or etc;😨
I text my supervisor and she called me and said she will submit a ticket to IT and told me not to worry and she meant to add us to the email she sent to the doctors office confirming if it was them.
Can or has anyone gotten fired for clicking on a phishing email? I am nervous because my work has confidential information.
But I have spoke with IT a few months ago and they told me while I was out on maternity leave that a lot of people fell for a phishing email and gave info and was told no actions were taken but they are going to maybe start cracking down more!

2025.01.24 03:30 TrueNorthVR Anyone else not like the Bobovr S3 Pro? I tried it and am going to return it.
I've had the Quest 3 since it was released. After hearing so much about the Bobovr S3 Pro and how much most people love it, I thought it was time that I gave it a try. I might have had my hopes set a little too high as I was underwhelmed by its performance. I know many of you will disagree but that's okay!
This isn't to say that it isn't a nice head strap, because it definitely is. However, it just isn't for me. I found it too heavy, the fan didn't do anything noticeable, the top pads dug into my head even on the tallest setting, and as a halo strap had too much movement during active games. Then of course there is the hefty price tag. $140 in Canada. I do a lot of active and exercise games and didn't like it for those. I can see how it would be nice for just watching videos/movies, or doing less intense games though.
Things I liked though include the following. Super-soft padding. The back part really cradles the head. Hot-swappable batteries are awesome and you can pretty much have endless gaming sessions. It can be tightened so it is tight on the face to reduce movement (however then it feels more like an elite strap as there is pressure on the front of the face). The build is solid and I don't feel like it would break easily.
