Hello fellow teachers! Can someone enlighten me, is there any DepEd order or Law that entails na yung Locally Funded sa mga integrated schools ang dapat makakuha ng permanent item once na may open sa kanila? I had been bothered lately on how my colleague and the school head treated me. I am a newly hired teacher po and ako ang tinawagan ng Division namin for a permanent position sa isang integrated school. I am top 1 po sa JHS ranking, then may isang locally funded teacher na nagparank din sa Division namin and kasalukuyang teacher sa school na yun. The school head told me na dapat yun ang makakuha ng item ko and hindi ako since dapat sila ang priority - he added that wala silang magagawa since ako yung natawagan in which they will accommodate me daw. I can feel that there's a sudden tension sa workplace namin because of that remark. I just want to know my previlige or may fault po ba ang Division for appointing me sa position na yun.

My windows laptop is going for 7 years already. It’s a 8th gen i5 laptop with solderd 8gb ram. May gpu na mx150. I have replaced the battery before. Now, I rarely use it since I am mostly on my android tablet or phone. It’s still working naman. I’m doubting lang on it’s lifespan na kasi I am hearing noise at the fan na. I usually use it for my part time work lang. I usually do word documents, slide presentations, online meetings. napapaisip tuloy ako If I should get a new one na. I have been a windows user. Pero parang balak ko mag try mag macbook. Kasi I don’t really game. Usually, word documents lang. most case lang na hirap to switch is that I am an engineer. Some applications are not available pero idk if dual boot would suffice it?
Thoughts on this?

I’m currently interviewing for a software developer position. I moved onto the third round of interviews, which is supposedly a take home assignment. It is directly related to the work the company is doing and encourages the use of any tool. I looked at the assignment and it seems to be a whole project that’s meant for mid-level to senior developers. I am an entry-level software developer. It seems very challenging and the project details are 6 pages long.
I have already invested 1.5 hours into their hiring process, and they want me to invest 50-100 hours in this project that I have three weeks to do. On top of that, they want to have another interview after this.
What would you do in this situation?

Ist Gustang really worth to r5? I have 1500 summons+ the 150 free, but im really torn to spend it for him. He Just seems Like a strong DPS with No Support unlike Traum. Dowon ist Just so much cheaper (and the costume Looks amazing😅).
