Трамп вступил в должность президента в понедельник и сразу же подписал несколько десятков указов или обязательных инструкций для госорганов. Один из них касался отмены так называемого гражданства по праву рождения . Согласно этому закону, дети, рожденные в США, автоматически получают американское гражданство независимо от происхождения или статуса проживания их родителей.
Мера, которая должна была вступить в силу 19 февраля, сразу же вызвала массу критики. Ряд правозащитных организаций и 22 американских штата подали иски о блокировании указа. Сегодняшнее дело в федеральном суде Сиэтла было первым.
В суде указ защищал юрист Минюста. Он сослался на поправку к разделу закона, которая показала бы, что американская юрисдикция не обязательно распространяется на всех, кто родился в стране. Но судья в Сиэтле крайне критично отнесся к этому аргументу.
«Мне трудно понять, как профессиональный юрист может однозначно утверждать, что это конституционный указ», — сказал судья. «Я занимаюсь этим более 40 лет, но не могу припомнить столь же ясного случая, как этот. Я ошеломлен».
Решение означает, что правительство может не выполнять указ, по крайней мере, на данный момент. По остальным делам в ближайшее время будут вынесены дополнительные решения. Есть вероятность, что дело в конечном итоге дойдет до Верховного суда.

Hey! Im quite manifesting everything past months and with positive energy and not giving up everything comes around! I used to be very pessimistic and depressed but now im very good and handling things much chiller knowing the universe has my back!:) Well im searching for a house and theres this one ive found, its exactly what i manifested for! 2025.01.24 09:41 Youwishjellyfish53 Extremely irregular period- looking for ER success stories?
I am unsure how to word this but I’m waiting for my period to start my next ER and it is extremely (for me) late. The longest cycle in the last year or so was 36days but I’m now at 39days and am really concerned. I know we don’t just stop having periods when going into menopause but my AMH last year was 1pmol (roughly 0.14ng I think) and I had been TTC with two frozen embryos from 2021 after attempting a 3rd January 2024 that was cancelled. I don’t have any other stats as we were retaking them on CD3. This was meant to be my Hail Mary cycle to try one last time with a completely different protocol. I was on progesterone for my last fet on December 5th which failed so I stopped (my period started the next day). Could that be causing this cycle to be delayed? I’m meant to call the nurse at my clinic if I get to 42days but it’s a public holiday here so I won’t be able to for 4days. Is there anyone who’s had a successful ER despite really irregular periods? I class success as at least one mature egg. I could use some reassurance or a nap haha.

Mijn werkgever geeft de optie om mijn dertiende maand en vakantiegeld maandelijks uit te laten betalen ipv in mei en december.
Het ziet er natuurlijk altijd wel lekker uit om een flink bedrag bijgestort te krijgen maar zit dat niet vooral tussen de oren.

 | The only female I have is a peppered corydoras, and my mom loves going around saying how she’s pregnant even though she never really looked fat to me for her size, she was just marginally bigger than other fish I didn’t buy snails, but I had 3 formalize in my tank, two or them died already (good), you can see one in the back of the first picture but it’s very blurry I thought it was algae or something, which is weird since I wiped down my aquarium just yesterday, but then I started panicking that they were snail eggs, and that would be horrible because there’s like over 100 of them. Anyway, I don’t know what to do, do I remove them or keep them there? No one seems to be touching them but it’s sometimes alarming looking at my tank and seeing white spots all over it. I've bought a M920q which boots up nicely into Win11. I've bought one to replace my current OPNsence firewall. For this build I have got a PCIe riser card and I managed to get 2 X550-T2 Intel 10Gb 2-Port Ethernet cards from someone who was getting rid of an old server.
Anyway I've put the riser card in and it boots up fine, but then when I shutdown and add either NIC it will not boot and I get the messages below:

I've got a shroud and fan plate to install too. The power brick is 65w.
I did add a spacer between the NIC and case too, just in case it was shorting it.
When I take the card out all boots up fine.
Any ideas what could be the issue here?

Hi. I’m starting treatment for my binging and restricting tomorrow. I gained about 20-25lbs due to my binge eating and I’m currently 140lbs at 5’3. I really do not want to gain weight while I’m in recovery, and I’m honestly skeptical of how they’re going to treat me, especially since binge eating feels like the dumbest ED bc it just feels like I’m a fatass. I’ve already gained too much and it’s gonna take forever to lose. I feel like they’re going to lie about how many calories they’re giving me and I’m going to have a breakdown if I gain weight and I don’t want to “accept myself at any size”. I WANT to be thin because I’ve always been thin and suddenly I’m not so I just need to fix that. I only started binging bc I was taken off my stimulant adhd meds without my consent so my appetite came back at ferocious levels.
