I tend to keep personal things to myself. I have always thought this was because I am more of a private person and because I’m shy. I don’t need everyone knowing my business.
But recently I have had friends make negative comments to be about keeping secrets and apparently it comes off that way. Had anyone else found themselves in this situation? I don’t want to be seen as a liar or someone full of secrets.
Examples of things I “kept” from telling people: my dad died when I was young, when I make plans with a different friend group and they’re not invited, a medical condition I have, a second job I have to keep me afloat with money, a boy I was seeing for a month, etc

I've been wondering the reason for what could be the reason to feel a sudden underlying sense of sadness while watching people forcing themselves to eat excessive amounts of food in competitive eating?
An example would be when i was a kid i remember wanting to cry and run away when i saw this man devouring this giant plate and taking deep breaths on a food competition video, another example is that this fat kid who ate chocolates a lot in Charlie's chocolate factory (I don't remember the names) he was stuck in one of the tubes and it was supposed to be a funny scene but my child self was feeling literal sorrow for the fact that he was stuck because he was fat and people were laughing when it was supposed to be a scary scene in my child self's opinion
I also wanted to cry last week when my friend told his mom he wanted to puke when he looked at the food his mom made which i saw his mom preparing it with dedication before the event.
Does anyone have this kind of thing and what could it be about? I can't really link it to anything

I really think this whole thing is exaggerated, yes sure there are a few instances of illegal usage for cyberbullying girls. But those instances are from psychos that would have found other ways to bully if undress tools didn't exist.
Why do you have to generalize all men, who use it, under the perv category and say that it should be banned. As much as pornography has an impact, that is just another tool for experiencing pleasure and simulated intimacy, that modern men no longer have a way of acquiring.
For me and other loners like me it is literally a stress reliving tool, that just creates visual image of the fantasies we have. No longer we have to use our ''x-ray'' vision, whilst looking at a bikini photo of our crush.

I am curious if I am imagining it or you have the same experience.
On day 5 the singing, gyoji and announcement were fine. From day 9 onward the sound was extremely bad and you could barely hear anything on the second floor other than the announcements.
It also felt like due to this the audience was less drawn in by the bouts.

It seems like there's been an influx of Bolt drivers (myself included) getting fresh battery failures. Can we get a roundup here?
- When did you get the service vehicle message? Was it triggered from cold weather?
- Did you pull codes, what were they? Or, what did the app say?
- Have you taken it in for service? What was the diagnosis and remedy?
For me: 1. Got the message this past Tuesday. Below zero temps here in MN 2. Pulled codes with a bluetooth OBDII reader - U3636: Hybrid/EV Battery Interface Control Module 'L' Battery Voltage Sense Circuit and P1E00: "Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2 Requested MIL Illumination". App says "Lithium-Ion battery and 12v battery require your attention now" 3. Have a service appointment on Monday morning - no dealer in the Twin Cities area really seems eager to help out with EVs which is extraordinarily frustrating.

This January I emailed 2 different HR contacts from them asking if it is possible to reconnect or if i can apply in same or other opportunities. 2 weeks has passed since 1st email. So i sent 2nd email to higher hr contact this week. Both of them gave no response. Following up the third time might be too much. But i am really sad with the possibility of not getting a job with them ever. Okay lang ba if sa main recruitment email address ako mag apply ulit or forget everything about this?
Unemployed for 1 year already. Nawawalan na ako ng pag asa sa buhay. Gusto ko nalang magdisappear. Qualified naman ako sa mga job pero bakit walang kumukuha. Parang wala na kasing patutunguhan buhay ko.

 | Hi, I’ve moved into a property and noticed my front roofline is sagging. When it rains, the gutter therefore fills in the middle and overflows instead of draining down the downpipe. Photo one shows water dripping down my house during rain. It seems water leaks behind the gutter, down the fascia/insides and drips from the soffit/down my house. This has clearly led to water damage: photo two shows that most of the bottom row of tiles are visibly sagging, and photo three shows the fascia is warped in the middle. I live in Berkshire, and had a well-reviewed roofer quote me £3200 to fix this by lifting up a few rows of tiles and basically replacing everything. (He also quoted me £8500 to fix the roofline and replace the whole roof's battens and felt (while reusing the tiles) as the felt has deteriorated and no longer overlaps, leading to underside tile condensation dripping into loft - see last photo for the deteriorated rows of felt). Can anyone explain why my tiles are sagging and if the quoted work is sensible and reasonably priced? Im a little confused as too me the sagging is to uniform to just be wet battens but I’d didnt realise rafter ends could be this water-damaged? I was in a animation club meeting and one of the members talks about a paintball story idea he has, and that got me thinking...
What if there's a Madness animation where it's basically a paintball battle, so there's no actual death, and the "death" are just the character noticing they got paintball, and just walk away in disappointment, while the "blood" are just paintball (obviously)
What'd you guys think?

At the same time, he also started dating her, and they are now engaged. When we returned to work after the break, our interactions became minimal, but eventually, we started talking again, albeit awkwardly. He was aware I had distanced myself because of his involvement with her, but when he tried to address it, I denied that anything had ever existed between us.
Over these three years, our interactions have been inconsistent. Sometimes we connect well and talk often, while other times we go for a week or more without speaking. However, whenever we do talk, there are subtle signs of flirting—body language, eye contact, and even slightly aggressive, playful hits (but they are mostly from his side). We’ve had frequent conversations about our relationships, and we both admitted to being unhappy with our partners. Hallo in die Runde!
Ich habe mir um die Weihnachtszeit einen WC Sitz mit integriertem Bidet (so, wie sie in Asien üblich sind) zugelegt und ums kurz zu machen: Es hat bis Januar gehalten, ehe ein Defekt aufgetreten ist. Nun habe ich den Händler kontaktiert und der hat mir als Ersatz einzig und allein das betreoffene Teil zugeschickt - mit Kabel und allem drum und dran, aber ohne irgendeine Anleitung. Jetzt bin ich technisch nicht ganz hilflos und ich bin absolut in der Lage, das kaputte Ding auszubauen und auszutaudschen, aber ich komm einfach nicht drum herum mich zu fragen, ob das so akzeptabel ist. Ich hab einen fairen, vollen Preis für ein komplettes Gerät bezahlt und es gibt direkt den Geist auf und ich darf es selber reparieren. Ich find es auch frech davon auszugehen, dass das jede Person auch selber hinbekommt und ggf das passende Werkzeug zu Hause hat.
Meine Frage, bevor ich jetzt beim Händler aber ein Fass aufmache: Muss ich das so akzeptieren? Ist es gängig, einfach ein einzelnes Ersatzteil auszutauschen, wenn die Installation über "Plug and Play" hinausgeht?Fotos verlinke ich mal in nem Post, danke für eure Meinungen!
