Living for a long time SEA I just lost all my former winter stuff Can someone recommend stores in KL that have a) warm clothes and shoes b) selling really big stuff (3-4XL) and 12+ shoes size? There's a new app called "ConsulApp Contigo" for those who might be detained or deported. This app provides resources and to alert relatives, lawyers and officials at the nearest Mexican consulate. There's also going to be resources available if needed on the other side of the border, but I don't know how much I can mention here so if you want to know more please look up "Mexico embraces you" program.
The app and this program might have some bugs/flaws, but it's what the government has been working on in the short timeframe between the US election and today.

Hi all!
I(20F) just moved to Wales for a semester abroad from Canada. I haven’t been in a flair for over two years. I have RRMS. I am on a DMT I get every 6 months so I was planning on flying home to get it while I’m over seas. Anyway, I went to Paris to solo travel last week and I pushed my body way too hard. I stayed in a hostel, barely slept, and went on a crazy night out. I smoked cigarettes, and I drank my body weight in wine and cocktails. It’s like when I was in Paris I totally forgot I had MS. I acted like a regular 20 year old on vacation, and treated my body like it could handle that.
Now, I am in my dorm in Wales on my death bed. I have pink eye, sore throat, pounding head ache, weakness, fatigue, brain fog. Old symptoms like numb legs and hands are coming back. I am definitely in a flare. And I am definitely sick. It’s very bad. I called my neurologist and she said either come back and get treatment back in Canada or go to the hospital here and get treatment. I have travel insurance, but it will still cost a good amount.
I feel so dumb. I totally messed up and I am now paying the price. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and not only has my MS ruined it for me, but my own actions. I’m heartbroken. I couldn’t really afford to be here and am using my scholarship money and years of savings to be here. It’s like it’s all down the drain for one week of fun in Paris. I want to go out and meet people but I’m stuck in bed disgustingly sick, and crying. Im heartbroken. I feel so defeated and I just want to curl up and ignore life.

 | Hi friends, First of all - I only started knitting last week but I’ve been following this community since November or December and let me tell you, I was able to avoid so many common pitfalls thanks to all the advice I read prior to starting!! Anywho, I decided a sweater with acrylic yarn was a good starting project after doing some swatches. I crocheted a drop shoulder sweater in December so I figured it couldn’t be too hard to knit (lol I was wrong!! But I’m having fun and learning a lot from YouTube). I am not working from a pattern, just kind of freestyling it and taking notes and making diagrams as I go so that my front panel matches this first back panel - pray for me on that one. My standard drop shoulder design ended up a bit updated to have a less boxy fit (rather upside triangle shape, semi-set-in shoulders because I find the extra armpit material in drop shoulder designs uncomfortable). To do this, I added German short rows (photo 2) on the upper back as well as some M1L/M1R increases (photo 3) to broaden the shoulder panel and form the set ins. I will pick up the armhole stitches and do sleeves in the round after I finish front and back. My question is - do these increases and short rows look normal? Something seems off about the GSRs for me, or they just look sloppy. The increases were also a challenge and I ended up laddering down and fixing a few with a crochet hook because I oriented them wrong the first try. As well, the M1s were giving huge holes in normal orientation so I followed a YouTube video and intentionally twisted them to close the holes. For reference, I am knitting in combined continental - for stockinette my purls are wrapped CW, knits CCW and I’m knitting/purling into the (leading) leg which is opposite from standard because my stitch mounts are eastern.
