I just had an old employer rollover an old 401k to a traditional IRA. All my other 401ks I am using the retirement date plan for 90% and then total stock market fund for the other 10%. For the rollover, I am going to use the boglehead approach for the most part, but I take 80% boglehead, 10% gambling, and 10% cash.
When I say gambling, I mean tech and high yield dividend etf. Cash in SPAXX(fidelity Core). Is it me or does most of the tech etf/index funds, top 10 holdings, all look the same just a different percentage. I know some are doing better than others, but it seems like Deja Vu. How do you decide which way to go? Like now I am looking to take my 10% gamble 50% tech/50% high yield dividend. Any suggestions because I am about to break out the dart board put the etf/index funds up and just say F it where there dart lands is what I am buying.

I liked everything else about them, but the nibs were a bit wonky -- inconsistent ink feed and hence inconsistent lines. But the L2K still lurked in the back of my mind. Recently I broke down and ordered another one -- this time a broad, since I like stub and have read that the L2K broad is rather stubbish. This time is a success! The nib is smooth and consistent, and the nib does show noticeable line variation. (Writing sample compares it to my benchmark, which is a Waterman Carene factory stub.) A couple notes to address some common points in L2K reviews: (1) yes, the broad nib is wide and wet, and would probably benefit from a drier ink, (2) those "ears" that hold the cap in place don't bother me, but ymmv, and (3) the ink view window is actually perfectly usable - the trick is to turn the pen horizontally in front of a light source. I donāt know what to do. Iām 23F living in my van with 44M. He has a car that he lived in but the insurance and inspection ran out in october and we have been living together as exes in my van since he hurt me very bad emotionally in may. his car was under his friends name too and his friend doesnāt want to redo the insurance for him. We have been doing his work (painting) but itās winter so thereās no jobs like that here. he doesnāt want to do ubereats anymore which is how i make money. so we most of the time just sit there. iāve resorted to surveys and playing games for like $2/day for gas. he has issues with loyalty so i have made it up that i will not provide for him because i donāt feel itās the best for me to get a job and come home to someone that has watched and talked to every woman he can on the internet while lying to my face about it. i wonāt go through it again. it did a number on me. iām not asking for any advice about that part.
he is my protector in the van. i do have a (60s M) stalker who has videoed me multiple times even while i was at work in dec 2023. itās an ongoing issue however i donāt know if he has other cars and is still watching me. iāve reported him a couple times but it still keeps happening. i have video evidence.
i also do have an ongoing criminal case. itās going okay for now. iāve never been through that so im scared i will have a hard time dealing with it all alone and go back to him for comfort which i have done before and felt so stupid.
my question is how do i get out of this situation with him without being the bad guy? iām worried he will not talk to me if i leave him there in his car with no insurance. he canāt even drive it but it has gas and starts so he wonāt be completely without anything. i donāt want him to drive it and get pulled over and something bad happen to him cuz heās not here legally.
I just want to get a job to pay my bills, my phone goes off tomorrow at 7am and my insurance is $324 due in 5 days so i donāt know i think iām too late now to fix it now. please advise politely :) TIA

Hi colleagues. I have a question I would like to get your help on.
Context
My role: BA
Team comp: frontend, backend, data science, devops, tech lead, PM
Tool: Jira
The project's goal is to build a chatbot, using AWS Bedrock, that is going to be embedded in a web app. As you can imagine, like 90% of the work that needs to be done is going to be backend, data science and devops work, since the frontend is fairly simple.
The client asked to create just one epic, and then I created user stories for the actual features (functional requirements) and tasks for the technical work per domain (frontend, backend, DS, etc...) linked back to the story.
Questions
- How you as BA's tackle highly technical projects where most of the questions my team have are technical and the refinement that happens is between engineers from both my team and the client's?
- How would be a better way to estructure the backlog in terms of what should be story, tasks, subtask tickets?
PS: I know stories are what creates value to the customer, and the INVEST acronym. I know a story should be able to be done in 1 sprint, and if not it needs to be further divided. In this particular case, the work need to create value can not be done in one sprint because just the work to get the chatbot to answer is not something that can be done in one sprint.
