Hey, I'd like to know what the temperatures of the M3 Air are while playing League of Legends specifically. My girlfriend's last Macbook was an Intel model which we all know run hot and bad, and she won't be convinced that the M3 can run any better or any colder. She's got a Gigabyte which runs at 98 degrees Celsius, even with fans fully cranked, I believe M3 Air would be colder than this even without fans due to the differences in architecture and power usage.

I’m not sure what I’m looking for here but I am newly estranged from my dad and it bothers me that I don’t see a way out of it.
For context, my mom and I learned that my dad has been living a double life for the past year. I live out of town (visit frequently) but over the past year, my dad has been so cold and mean to my mom and leaving her alone constantly to take care of my 2 little brothers by herself with minimal effort from him. I came home for the holidays and a man knocked on our door to inform us that his wife and my dad have been in a relationship. It happened so dramatically and has hurt our family so deeply. Now my mom and I are picking up the pieces and putting together all the lies he has told us over the year and it’s sickening.
I sent him a text saying that I was disgusted by him and that he will never be part of my life again (I then blocked him immediately). I feel like I don’t know who he is and the person he has demonstrated to be is not someone I want in my life.
My dad was never the best dad but I was always “daddy’s girl”. We had a complicated relationship but I always thought he loved and cared about me.
The problem is that it just feels so strange to feeling like I have a dad one day and now it’s all over? Like now I essentially don’t have a dad? I just can’t see how I will ever be okay with all the destruction and pain he has caused.

So I know repression doesn’t work. Trying to turn a blind eye to your thoughts usually makes it so they bite back harder. However, oftentimes when people are faced with tough circumstances they can’t do anything about, accepting those circumstances and going with the flow of life is usually what people advise. To be honest, I don’t think I’m emotionally ready to transition, not only because of the growing hostility from the political climate, but I also struggle with OCD (transition being one theme) and vulnerability. I’m thinking of just kinda accepting the fact I’m trans but keeping it in my daydreams indefinitely. Has anyone ever done that for their whole life? I know it’s biased asking asktransgender, but I wonder if any of you have heard of stories of people doing that and it working.

I eat 33% of plants btw.
I read inuit eat like 90% of their diet from animal and get the exact same amount of calories from carbs than me... also i read most of their carbs come from animal.
So i wonder, is following the homo erectus and sapians diet, like eating 66% from animal harmfull ? I read a lot of carbs in meat is lost in the 24h the animal died...
