Hey! Sooo.. I was born in Dar TZ to a Kenyan father (Luo) and Tanzanian mother(mwera).
My mom, sisters, and I came to the US in 07 when I was 6. Haven’t been back home since & unfortunately been Americanized and forgot to speak Swahili (i speak broken Swahili) though I can understand and read it. Are there are websites/apps that can help me to relearn my language.
I want to visit home next year, and be able to hold an actual convo w my some of family that don’t speak English well, both in Kenya and Tanzania!

Right now I'm stuck with the following
5 LV Alchemist, 2 LV Star Druid, 1 LV Order Cleric, +1 Moon Sickel
So my healing word would restore 2d4+1d8+wis+wis+int
Yes I could take Live Cleric for +3 Healing but I think the opportunity attack is morre valuable.
My primary Gameplan is 1. Aktion: Buff spell/ Cantrip 2. Bonus Aktion: Healing word (Spelldriver)
I have now the following problems
- I don't see any way to increase my healing further. Yes ther is the spirit Bard but +1d6 isn't that good.
- I can cast healing word 4 times. I could take a warlock Level but are there any other ways to cast healing word more often? Maybe an item?
- I don't have a good way to deliver Temp hp jet. I know I could take MotM Hobgoblin and 3 LV in Mastermind roung but I delayed my spell slots progression already enough. Are ther any other options spells included?

There's a new app called "ConsulApp Contigo" for those who might be detained or deported. This app provides resources and to alert relatives, lawyers and officials at the nearest Mexican consulate. There's also going to be resources available if needed on the other side of the border, but I don't know how much I can mention here so if you want to know more please look up "Mexico embraces you" program.
The app and this program might have some bugs/flaws, but it's what the government has been working on in the short timeframe between the US election and today.

Hi all!
I(20F) just moved to Wales for a semester abroad from Canada. I haven’t been in a flair for over two years. I have RRMS. I am on a DMT I get every 6 months so I was planning on flying home to get it while I’m over seas. Anyway, I went to Paris to solo travel last week and I pushed my body way too hard. I stayed in a hostel, barely slept, and went on a crazy night out. I smoked cigarettes, and I drank my body weight in wine and cocktails. It’s like when I was in Paris I totally forgot I had MS. I acted like a regular 20 year old on vacation, and treated my body like it could handle that.
Now, I am in my dorm in Wales on my death bed. I have pink eye, sore throat, pounding head ache, weakness, fatigue, brain fog. Old symptoms like numb legs and hands are coming back. I am definitely in a flare. And I am definitely sick. It’s very bad. I called my neurologist and she said either come back and get treatment back in Canada or go to the hospital here and get treatment. I have travel insurance, but it will still cost a good amount.
I feel so dumb. I totally messed up and I am now paying the price. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and not only has my MS ruined it for me, but my own actions. I’m heartbroken. I couldn’t really afford to be here and am using my scholarship money and years of savings to be here. It’s like it’s all down the drain for one week of fun in Paris. I want to go out and meet people but I’m stuck in bed disgustingly sick, and crying. Im heartbroken. I feel so defeated and I just want to curl up and ignore life.
