Alexander might be one of the smartest and kindest players on this show. Firstly, he understood that it would be more useful for a player that he trusts to become the seer and to pick him than for him to become the seer himself. Maybe he knew that anyone who became the seer would be deemed untrustworthy and so he gave his coins to Frankie. Also, him asking her to chose him so that he can prove he’s a faithful is so smart, it kind of just confirms he’s a faithful because why else would he do that (but maybe the faithful aren’t smart enough to pick up on this OR they might’ve believed that both Frankie and Alexander are traitors if she had chosen him which I don’t believe they’re smart enough to pick up on either).
Another couple things I loved about Alexander this episode:
1) He understands it’s a game, he said something along the lines of “I’m a faithful but I would say that either way”. I just thought thank you!! It’s so frustrating when the players just yell back and forth that they’re faithfuls. He also doesn’t take things personally and when people question him he always says it’s okay.
2) He’s very rational, probably because he understands it’s a game. He was the only one to question whether Leanne was lying about being murdered which he was wrong about but it was smart that he questioned it. Also, he was the only faithful to suspect Charlotte this episode. The other faithfuls kept saying “I can’t trust anyone!” And then never once looked at Charlotte in the last few episodes. But Alexander suspected that she might’ve been recruited.

Hi, hoping for some advice. My daughter is about to start grade 10. Two weeks ago she got her septum pierced. This is against school rules. She is a high achieving student, in 2 excellence programs. It will be 3:4 weeks before she can flip it up or change it. We will not get it removed as this will hurt and scar her. Any suggestions/ advice on how to address this to hopefully sway them to not exclude her.

Tw - implied s*icide? TLDR - I feel like I'm watching my life crumble and I feel like I'm going to lose it between my physical and mental health
I feel like I'm losing it.
I hate living like this, is absolute torture. I miss having showers. I miss independence. I can't wash my hair without help now.
I haven't seen my friendgroup since last February. I hadn't noticed how much the loneliness is taking a toll on me until recently. A post of mine went viral elsewhere and I experienced proper conversations and discussions. It felt good. Then I realised it only felt good because I haven't experienced that kind of thing in a long time.
The loneliness is getting to me. As is the knowledge my body just fucking refuses co cooperate with me. The knowledge I can do literally everything I can and it won't listen. I feel trapped in a cage. There is no escape. I will never be okay again. The closest to being okay is death. That's it. That's my options. Recover or just die.
But even if I recover I know I'll be trapped in a state of constant fear, terrified over the possibility of relapsing. I would cry until I couldn't anymore over how much I've missed. The fact I have zero qualifications too because I became sick during studying for exams. Exams that are important in my country. So I'm absolutely fucked.
I'm stuck with my own thoughts all the time. All. The. Time. It's hell. Since becoming ill my "OCD like obsessions" as a psychologist put it have become so much worse. I'm at the point I'm talking to literal wood to prevent horrible things happening to my family.
I used to have dissociation issues before mecfs but they're so much worse now. I feel like I'm barely here now. The person in the mirror feels like a lie. That can't be me. When did I get so sick? When did my hair become so unkept? When did I become so pale? When did my eye bags sink so deep? Since when did my body look like that?
And the worst part? If I actually get mental help which I'm on a waitlist for I don't think I can tolerate it now. I got help before and it made my body feel awful.
So what now? I'm just fucked? I'm trapped in a body that despises me and a mind that's destroying me. There is extremely little that can be done about my body and I'm too sick to get help for my mine.
I legitimately feel like I'm going to lose it. My options are so limited. I feel so hopeless. Life just keeps getting worse and I don't know how much more I can put up with it.
I try and try to convince myself this isn't real and it's a messed up dream but I never wake up. I can't escape my own body or my own mind.
I feel like in some ways I've become more mature and in other ways I feel like I'm so much more childish. Crying about how unfair everything is while also trying to accept it all is hard.
I don't want to live like this forever. I never thought I'd say it but I miss school. The same school that I was bullied at, lost all of my motivation and caused so many problems in my life.
All of my previous problems feel like nothing. They're so insightful compared to the hell that is this illness. I'd endure them a thousand times over before I experience this again.

Now a small jet a steam is popping out. No fluid everywhere but I have no idea where to get this repaired if high temp silicone sealant won't help. Suggestions?

Why do people like the steam deck besides the OS? Is build quality or reliability better in the steam deck? I’ve had a 64gb steam deck with a 512gb ssd for a little over a year. I love my steam deck but I want to have access to the games windows has. Also, lossless scaling. (Basically frame gen) you also have a 120hz screen vs 60hz screen.
