recently, i started working as a sales assistant and i barely worked for five weeks so far. i get paid weekly around €420-€450 after tax.
i thought i will have more than €2K by now but I don’t, i had multiple things to take care of since i was barely surviving before.
if i give her money for her loan, i will barely have rent money in my account and then some pennies to survive for myself.
i personally don’t want to live like that again, i used to cry everyday.
the reason she has this debt is because she visited me last month for my graduation. i’m happy she did but i constantly told her not to because by then we didn’t have money at all for a vacation. i barely arranged a cheap place for her rather than a hotel and then managed to travel with her on my own bus card. she paid for some of the gifts and taxi fares with her credit card by the end of her journey.
soon after, i got this sales job.
she has to pay €500 this month and €300 remaining next month for her credit card to finish it all.
i already gave her my emergency amount.
over which she already said, “it doesn’t matter if you give this money to me or keep it as a fixed deposit.”
i don’t agree.
it’s upto me.
she also has an apartment she needs to sell for the past decade now, she is not doing that even after telling her multiple times. she says she will but does nothing about it.

So my JEE was today, and brooo, 30 mins into the test, I noticed this guy next to me acting shady. Every time I moved my hand to the mouse to click an answer, he'd suddenly stop clicking his own mouse and start scribbling something just after that. At first, I was like, "Eh, whatever," but as that same pattern repeated everytime, curiosity got me.
I sneak a peek at his rough paper, and what do I see? No solving, no rough work, just random tiny group of letters all over the page. This dude wasn’t solving anything—he was straight-up copying my answers option.
The left half was blocked by the cardboard divider, but I could see the question numbers panel on the right. I glanced at his screen, and guess what? Every. Single. Question. Was. RED. Seen. But Not attempted. This guy was literally skimming questions, furiously clicking trying to match them with what I was doing. Like bro subtlety naam ki bhi koi cheez hoti hai
So I started covering the options on my screen with my hand whenever i was about to click any option. Then hit ‘Save and Next’ and fled from that page very quickly quickly.
The best part? After about 10 minutes of this counter-strategy, the dude rage-quit and FELL ASLEEP. Not even kidding. He snoozed for a solid hour.Probably dreaming about his Reddy dreams crashing.
Tho I'm not any topper and he won't get above 90 by cheating off me but bro was getting NO freebies today.

Bom dia, pessoal. Preciso de um esclarecimento/segunda opinião de um advogado do trabalho, se possível.
Ganhei um processo de despedimento ilícito em tribunal em 2023, não só em primeira instância como na Relação.
O tribunal decreta em sentença o pagamento dos valores devidos, mas não mencionando um valor específico.
Desde então, crickets… O meu advogado deixou de responder.
Ao falar com um segundo advogado, dizem-me que não se pode executar a dívida porque não foi feita incidência de liquidação, e que para isso teria que se começar um novo processo, fazendo um novo julgamento completo, que pode levar anos novamente.
- A sentença não serve como título de execução, ainda que não mencione um valor exacto?
- Não é possível fazer a incidência de liquidação sem iniciar uma nova batalha legal, procedo do início?
Parece que a conclusão a que chego, e tendo por base o que me diz a nova advogada, é que ou a empresa decide pagar ou não há nada a fazer.
É um caso em que “ganhei” mas não ganhei absolutamente nada. Nem as custas do processo me pagaram, já volvidos dois anos desde o término do processo.
Deve haver alguma maneira de apurar os valores e executar a dívida sem um novo processo/julgamento completo com testemunhas, etc, que poderá leva ramais 3-5 anos.

E se tiverem recomendações de excelentes advogados do trabalho na Margem Sul ou Lisboa, ficaria agradecido.
