I was out of the game for 2100 days, and now that i'm back and getting into the nightwave system I really miss alerts. I'm currently in a situation where I have been wanting to try out new warframes, which is most of them cause i really only had excalibur and a few others. So i have been crafting prime warframes for the past week or so.
I made an initial mistake getting some of the blueprints from nightwave because i didn't realize that nightwave was my only source of nitain now. So I've hit this massive wall where i literally need to wait a few weeks before i can try another warframe. I miss having something i could do daily to actually acquire a nitain or two. Needless to say, the timegate on nightwave is insane if you make a mistake.
Some of the missions i can't do, such as defeating 5 void angels. (I have the stuff unlocked, but i tried to do one and it seemed impossible with my current operator). I know alerts weren't popular because of how painful the times they popped were in the morning and at night, but being able to get a single nitain was at least something i could do if i sat at my computer long enough.
I guess i could just wait for vol. 8 and not make the same mistake, but it sucks cause i still want to play the game.

Hello! Call me Fae. I have been writing RPs for ten years now, find a lot of happiness in it and always are looking for someone new to join me. I am well into my twenties and looking for some new RP Partners!
I do not RP with people below 20, sorry, I am well into my twenties so I really cannot RP with teenagers anymore.
Sadly I work 40 hours a week and cannot write as much as I´d like but you can be certain I will try to write at least one RP message every day, if not more.
I always break the Discord Limit (without Nitro) and my messages can range from 400 to 2.000 words, depending on what you give me to work with.
I am looking for someone to match that! I do not need you to write 2.000 words each time but your average messages should be at least around 300 words, though more is always welcomed, less not so much.
Life sucks, I do not expect you to be online 24/7 but I would like a partner who can write an RP message every 1-2 days, otherwise, I sadly lose interest quickly.

My cat, Rodger, had ckd, and slightly elevated calcium levels. He also has bad teeth, and i’ve been wanting to brush them, because i know bad dental health can contribute to worsening ckd. But the only toothpastes i could find in store have calcium, and im a little worried about using it. I’m pretty sure it should be fine, since hes not eating it and it’s just going to be coating his lips and gums. Im just not entirely sure and would like confirmation that it shouldn’t affect his calcium levels. I also got dental treats, but I know brushing would probably be most effective.  | Nacho’s nares seem pink-er than normal. Do they look red or abnormal in any way? I don’t remember them being pink, I feel like they were more white-ish. He has 0 symptoms. No sneezing, eating fine, some watery poops but that seems to be normal for him because he eats lots of veggies in his chop. I tried to take pics the best I could - he wouldn’t stay still. 2025.01.24 18:20 Darkextratoasty Orcaslicer ignoring part depth in a multi-color model when slicing
 | When I have differently colored parts embedded in the wall of a model, such as letters for a label, Orcaslicer is ignoring the actual depth of those parts and simply extending them back into the model an arbitrary distance. In this very simple example, I have a block with a 0.8mm thick disk embedded into the side. These are two separate bodies in my CAD software (Fusion360), and I've exported them to be a single STL file with multiple parts. Part in Fusion360 In Orcaslicer I set the part to use blue filament, then use the paint function with the 'fill' tool type and 'smart fill angle' set to 90 to paint the block white. When I slice the model, it extends the disk about 10mm into the block, instead of the 0.8mm that it should. Sliced in Orcaslicer It's a little tricky to see, but if you look closely at the right angle you can see that the transparent image of the layer higher up shows the disk at the correct thickness. Meaning the slicer is recognizing the disk's actual thickness and the painted colors are applying correctly, it's just ignoring it in the sliced product. Disk 'ghost' image showing correct thickness I can also change the depth of the disk in the actual model to whatever, 0.4mm, 10mm, 19mm, any depth and it still slices it to be about 10mm deep. I've also tried changing wall generator, infill, all the multi-material settings in both the print profile and material profile, nothing seems to change it. From an outside appearances standpoint, it doesn't matter, and for this simple demonstration model is doesn't make much difference. However, on the actual model I want to print, it goes from about 150g of material that it should take to almost 300g because the embedded parts extend way into the model instead of only being 0.8mm thick. Actual model showing the issue It's also interesting that the letters, which are a consistent 0.8mm depth, are being extended in a ramp like that. Any ideas what might be causing this? Specifically I'm talking about how it restarts the loop every time you move the start or end point slightly. it's a genuinely horrible experience working with a loop longer than a few seconds.
is there a setting or workaround which will make my life suck less?
