I requested a 1hr 40 min ride. When the driver picks me up he immediately starts huffing and puffing when he sees the distance (I don’t blame him because apparently Uber sometimes doesn’t tell it’s drivers how far they’re going until they pick up the passenger, which I can imagine is pretty frustrating when you’re doing 5-10 minute rides then randomly get a 1-2 hour ride).
I half expected him to cancel and tell me to get out, but he started driving. Half way to the destination he asked me how much I paid for the ride. I said $120. He began complaining about how he will only get about $60 since Uber takes most of the money, I didn’t say anything to this.
We arrive at the destination and I tell him I will tip him on the app because I don’t have any cash on me. I tried getting out but he kept the doors locked and asked if I can tip now. He said he is going to lose everything (I’m not sure what that means..) I told him I am not going to tip until he unlocks the door so he unlocks it and I leave. I didn’t tip him. Am I wrong?

I've been listening to the TNC Podcast for the first time along with my umpteenth rewatch of the series. And it's got me watching the series a bit differently, and now I have a theory...I'm watching S2E12 The Royale, and I wonder how many other times the creature has done this to other beings. If there are other ships out there orbiting these plants taking scans, completely oblivious to a trapped lifeform inside.

Guys, I have a burning question: how good is Microless? The reason I'm asking is because I was looking forward to buy an item on Facebook market, but the seller was a bit more costly than microless, and when I showed him/her proof that he is expensive, he argued that ordering from microless is the same as ordering electronics from temu or AliExpress, and we all know no good electronics comes from those sites.
So, how do those who have ordered Electronics things from the Microless website rate their service and the quality of the items?

Hey everyone. I'm helping my disabled relative display his funko collection and have been running into difficulty. We are mainly looking for a table/dressecountertop display cabinet with doors, made from acrylic or other plastic that has has shelving dimensions capable of fitting boxed figures 2-3 boxes high. Adjustable shelves would be fine too. Doesn't have to be one single unit but ideally looking for something that totals 5ft in length. Been searching fairly diligently but no luck so far
