I've been a procurement coordinator for a couple of years now and my salary is around £27k. I'm constantly stressed at work, barely get a lunch in the day, often work overtime in the evenings with no pay to complete my long list of duties. My duties exceed the pretty small list on my original job description as my manager is in really high position now so passes her old duties to me. What I want to find out is - is this a normal salary? Am I complaining too much? I worry if I get another job in a similar role I'll have to start all over again and wait years for a promotion. Any advice appreciated

IIT-KGP BTech graduate here, who is an aspirant of IISc's MTech ECE coursework programme. I wish to pursue masters in India, specifically at IISc.
I already have a Gate score of 663 (AIR 452), 8.25 undergraduate CGPA, and a year of work-experience in VLSI, in a top-VLSI MnC.
As far as I know, work experience and CV is NOT a factor in MTech coursework admissions, and I'm not sure of how well I'll do in Gate-2025. It all looks positive as the lowest-admitted score of the past 3 years has always been lesser than my score. But I just wanted to ask of how strong my chances are - with my current background.
I applied through CFTI last year, and wasn't shortlisted, unfortunately, probably due to my CGPA. :-(. I was shortlisted for research programme through CFTI though, which I didn't go for.
To admins - I don't know if it's appropriate to ask these kind of questions here (let me know if I should remove this post). But IISc has been my dream since childhood, sort of.

 | Hi everyone, Looking for some advice on this. I’ve boarded up this wall with Gyproc plasterboard after moving a door. I would have thought that I needed to skim the plasterboard before painting but I’ve been told a few times that I could just Polyfila over the screws & cracks, sand them down after they have cured, give it a couple of coats of white paint and I can then put my coloured paint on it. Will it look better if I get it skimmed? The rest of the walls in the room are skimmed so I don’t want it being very obvious that it’s different. Hi All, I signed my first contract with my client for $20 for 60 days project. Now we are planning to sign a new one to start writing the SOPs for 6 stations in their factory. I need to visit the factory at least 6 hours, then start working on the SOPs. I have nanny cost $22. I asked for $45 per hour, they said let’s go fixed price. In the previous contract they were paying that every time a visit the factory ( per hour) plus mileage and toll, but when I don’t go the factory they don’t pay that for any work from home. Now, if I am writing these SOPs what’s the best fixed rate to cover the nanny expenses? And from your experience how many hours each SOPs should take? It’s definitely not doubling. I’ve had 3 miscarries 1 CP 2 MMC. The HCG seems soooo low for 18 dpo also it’s not doubling. I’m now scared for ectopic. my clinic is saying this could be fine and it’s definitely NOT fine. What do you think?

Hello everyone, it has been a tough year financially since we had our first daughter who has an rare heart condition ( tetralogy of fallot ) along with rare syndrome disability (digeorge) along with her having open heart surgery at 5 months old to fill in her 2 holes in her heart. We are currently receiving threats of loosing our rental home and truck due to loosing our jobs who aren't understanding our weekly appointments to u of m hospital.I'm not sure how to go about this since I never been in this situation of asking help from others.
