I found a sit that has two smaller dogs, and they look adorable, but I was informed over doing a zoom that they both like to bark at you acting as if they have forgotten who you are. I don’t have the greatest experience with dealing with that type of barking behavior so I was just curious to see what you guys think about this and maybe some ways you can get past the initial barking every time it happens.

Considering taking a break
Hi! (32 mtf here) I have been on HRT for a little over a month now and am already seeing physical changes that I wasn’t expecting until after 3 months in. Shoulders are thinning out a bit, slight breast growth (especially on the left side) and I noticed a bit of a difference in my waist and hips this morning.
I am getting a lot of mixed feelings about it and not this like over whelming sense of euphoria like other women I have heard talk about it. I am excited about the changes and find myself looking in the mirror a lot more but also scared/ stressed (new stress about keeping no body hair until I can afford laser hair removal also I have tattoos that are now causing a bit of dysphoria I think) and also almost a sense of sadness of losing parts of me I have grown used to?
Idk is this a sign to stop or at least take a break for a bit? (Also thoughts of losing a months worth of progress is bumming me out but at the same time having irreversible tissue growth is also scary when I think about if I do stop)
I guess the most frustrating part is the uncertainty I am still feeling… and trying to pinpoint if that’s coming from internally or social expectations I am holding for myself or even if it’s because of this new administration in the US. Has/is anyone experienced this?

If they’re struggling, they could temporarily lower wages until they’re back on track. This would allow small businesses more flexibility to pay fair wages based on their actual financial situation.
Right now, small businesses are stuck paying the same minimum wage, even if they’re losing money. This new system allows them to pay less when times are tough, and more when they’re doing well—giving them better control over their finances.
Small businesses won’t be forced to let go of workers or close down just to meet wage requirements. They could apply for temporary wage reductions when they’re struggling.
When businesses can pay more during profitable years, they can attract and retain better talent. This means a more motivated, loyal workforce and less turnover.
More money in workers’ pockets means more spending, which benefits businesses. Higher wages could lead to more demand for products, which could help small businesses grow.
This system would also require a new approach to accounting. Companies would need to regularly report their profits transparently, and we’d need new accounting standards to ensure that profits are accurately reflected. This could lead to the creation of a whole new field of accounting, focused on adjusting wages based on company performance and auditing those reports. I’ve been doing some research and am currently trying to decide between the 034 Motorsport lowering springs and the H&R Sport Springs. My car is FWD, so I know I’ll need to get the version specifically designed for that. It’s completely stock as well. Will I need anything else besides the springs? Nous travaillons depuis 2 ans un projet de construction pour notre futur maison, nous avons déjà notre terrain et les plans sont prêt.
Par contre, je suis en gros dilemme sur mon projet qui devait ce lancer ce printemps avec ce qui ce passe en ce moment (tarifs). Une augmentation comme la covid de 30% aurait un gros impact sur ma situation financière.
Selon vous, est-ce une bonne idée de réaliser un projet de construction de maison en 2025 avec la situation américaine?
(L'avenir est inconnu) pensez-vous que ça va avoir un impact sur le coût global de construction?
Même si c'est une décision qui me revient basé sur ma tolérance au risque, avoir plusieurs opinions/visions sur la situation m'aiderait à y voir plus clair.
