All my life I always felt different like I don't belong. Even though I know its not true. I'm insecure about a lot of things about myself, my teeth, my voice, even my walk. Even though on multiple occassions I have been told I'm really good looking (I dont wanna sound vain). I tend to convince myself that I'm not good enough. I'm not really that social either. It didn't help that my mom was very strict with not letting me out when me out when I was younger, therefore I feel behind people my age socially. I had a few incidents happen to me when I was younger which made me insecure. I resulted to smoking weed for self healing methods. From the age of 16 to now (22) I have been smoking nearly daily to numb my feelings and those thoughts. It is making me extremely antisocial. I'm trying to quit. I tend to self sabotage my life a lot. For instance, I neer had a girlfriend, even though on multiple occassions I had girls be interested in me, but I push them away because I'm scared of being vulnerable and I think I'm too weird. I convince myself that they wont want me anyways and that me having zero experience will make them disappointed and uninterested. Therefore, I feel like I'm going crazy and whenever I try to make a change, I ruin it on myself. Some days I feel like I'm going to be alone forever and amount to nothing. I tend to listen to the constant negative talk in my head. I feel like a loser. I had so many chances to better my life but I ruin it.

What I'm about to say really goes to the brand new people, but some guys with experience need to hear this too.
I helped my buddy get onboard because he needed a better check 6 months ago. Even after multiple conversations of what he's getting into and what to expect, he still wanted to do it. I made it blatantly clear that he's going to get fucked as an RSR so he needs to stay an RSA for the year he plans to work here, maybe less.
Well the managers got ahold of him. After he got done training they convinced him to take this shitty route that nobody wants and has been shit on by the past 2 RSRs. Even after all those talks we've had and me literally showing him that it's a horrible idea, he still took it. They baited him to take a "death route" just so they don't have to worry about someone being scheduled on it for a year.
You new guys/gals in here...they will do this to you if you let them. Taking an assignment when your new is almost inevitable, but them baiting you to "promote" to a RSR using your bid right at the beginning is completely avoidable. DONT DO IT. get out on the routes, find what you like best, and if the RSA schedule is too tough for you, you know what to bid on. This company as a whole will throw you to the wolves with steaks duck taped to your chest and leave you there. DONT DRINK THEIR DAMN KOOLAID.

I have some discs and a Sony MZ-N707 NET MD player. When I play some discs I get READ ERR and some get BLANKDISC. I am not sure if the problem is with the player or the disc. It has been many years since I first recorded these discs. Any help? How can I troubleshoot to find out what the problem is?
