I am in HR as an intern, and I'm asking to get different perspectives, because my colleagues have told me different things.
An employee wants to transfer. However, their performance is pretty low. The supervisor they want to transfer FROM was reported by the employee previously. Nothing super specific just the typical " my boss is bad." Kinda thing. That supervisor told the employee they cannot transfer.
The employee is claiming retaliation. They are saying since they complained on the supervisor this is retaliation for not letting them transfer.
How would you handle this situation as an HR person?

Hey guys so I’ve been abusing dilaudid everyday for approx 3 years now, my plug has always been able to get me them so I’ve just been ignoring the fact that the risk of withdrawals is there. Well I was supposed to grab the other night and she bailed out on me… I stretched what was left of my stuff for as long as I could, yesterday I already felt like shit, this morning I took maybe 1/10th of my regular dose as my last dose. I bought kratom which has seemed to help a bit with calming down my stomach. But my skin has been crawling, my stomach shooting pains and I’ve had the chills all day. I also have been on and off the toilet with diarrhea. I do have a couple oxys that I’m trying to stretch by snorting them but they don’t seem to be helping pretty much at all (they are from 2009-and yes I know the bioavailability is better orally but I don’t want to take them all at once), I know the next 3 days are going to pretty much hell on earth if my plug doesn’t pull through. I knew this day would come eventually but i definitely did not prepare for it. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday, if I can get to it I would like to try to get some help with my addiction.
Please can anyone give me any advice on how to combat this beast. I am a 25 F. I don’t want this for my life anymore man but it’s just so hard to think about life without it. Nobody knows except my bf. I’ve kept my addiction hidden from everyone in my life except him.

I have installed PHP and made a handler mapping as described in all the articles about this, but when I test suing the index.php I made it throws an HTTP error 500. Hi there everyone!
I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about how to update the firmware on the AWS244BT speaker by Aiwa. Upon holding the LED switch for about 5 seconds, a female voice reads the numbers "1, 0, 0" out loud (firmware version).
One of the reasons behind why I want to update the firmware is because when connecting it via Bluetooth to a Windows computer, the speaker is recognized as a headphone device instead of a speaker, which not only annoys me but also leads me to believe that the speaker is probably not using the TWS feature.
I own a JBL Xtreme 4 speaker which does not have this issue; it is recognized as a speaker device on Windows and Android. On an Android phone it even has an image preview of what the speaker would look like in real life. This feature is not available on the Aiwa speaker.
If anyone has any information at all on this speaker or how to update its firmware, please let me know. I would highly appreciate it. ❤️

 | So I got this set of rivens for sale but I have almost like 0 knowledge in riven trading. I know that Glaive, Balla and Toxocyst rivens are pricey with good stats. Also I know that Cycron have its Tenet version in which it's pretty good and Synapse and Caustacyst are going to get Coda versions. And I'll take any advice about what should I do with each of them. Should I roll some of these rivens for better stats and for what ones? Can I sell Glaive, Balla and Toxocyst rivens in their current state and what is optimal price tag for them so not to sell myself short? And also there is Baza riven. I just dont know what to to with it at all.
