I'm making this post for the intention that it may reach someone who is feeling hopeless.
Blepharitis is not an easy condition to deal with. Actually its annoying if im being honest......and I have only had it for 6 months. When I first got diagnosed with this condition and MGD, my eyes were constantly puffy, swollen, itchy, irritated. And more often then not, i would wake up with crusted shut eyelids. I tried everything under the sun, including eyelid wipes, eyelid foams, expensive cleansers, warm compresses. I spent around near $1000 just in eyelid products to get rid of this stupid disease. But once i realized it was chronic, i started researching.
Whats surpiring is that there isnt much information on how to fix this, weird given how common it is. The only two things that actually helped me were consistency in my warm compress treatment, and a change in my diet.
It wasnt until i bought a heated eye mask, specifically the Wizard Research heated eye mask, that i actually saw results. It is not cheap at all, in fact it is quite expensive, around $200 CAD, but if i could recommend anything, it would be this mask. It sounds simple, but I found that the key to treatment is consistency in using a heated mask. I use mine for exactly 20 minutes every night, will listen to a podcast or audiobook to keep me occupied, and scrub my eyes with systane eyelid wipes, use vaseline on my eyelids, and go to bed.
In terms of dietary changes, I cut out white bread, fast food, and minimized my sugar intake.
I did this for two weeks straight, no other medications, or treatments, or junk food, and my eyes are pretty much back to normal. I can wear makeup again, and dont wake up with any symptoms anymore.
I can even send photos if anyone is skeptical.
I tell you this to give you hope that it does get better. Stay consistent with warm compresses, and please please invest in a good quality electric heated eye mask. The microwavable ones do not compare, you need consistent heat to manage this condition. With that said, good luck everyone!

I've been a menstrual cup user for the last 8 years or so, before and after having babies. I've always had issues with leaking, pain, and whatnot. I've used the Lena, Lena Sensitive, and the Saalt Soft cup. I have pretty heavy periods, and have a history of endometriosis, but have since had excision surgery. The Salt Soft cup feels uber painful the first two days, as it feels like it suctions onto my cervix? It's unbearable. The last few months, I've been using Poppins Period Menstrual Cup and haven't had any issues with the pain, and it leaks far less than the Saalt and Lena cups. However, the grip they use to help it stay in place and pull out is SO hard and rubs me raw in all the wrong ways. It's creating a DIFFERENT pain now. Haha.
So, I feel like I'm back to square one. I've tried both sizes of the Saalt Disc and for the life of me I can't get it to stay tucked behind the pubic bone and it leaks like crazy. I LOVE the idea of a disc though, but afraid perhaps my anatomy isn't meant for one? Someone please persuade me otherwise. I'm feeling discourged.

I’ve been dealing with chronic pain and various symptoms for about two years now, but things have escalated recently. Before, I had manageable periods of pain, but now it feels constant and overwhelming.
Here’s a summary of my symptoms:
• Tingling and burning nerve pain all over my body, especially in my arms, hands, legs, and spine. • Extreme tenderness—sometimes even light touch feels like my body is screaming in pain. • Muscle weakness, particularly in my arms and hands. Since my recent blood test, I’ve completely lost strength in my right arm and now my left is feeling weak too. I can’t even squeeze hard. • My muscles tense up randomly, especially at night, making it hard to relax or sleep. • Nausea that often comes with the nerve pain, dizziness, and fainting spells—I’ve fainted three times in the past month. Here’s what the doctors have done so far:
• Blood tests: All normal. • Blood pressure and heart tests: Also normal. • My doctor has referred me to neurology (to check for nerve issues) and rheumatology (to assess for fibromyalgia or other conditions). After some iffy behavior and a slight smell of gas in our basement we called repair and it was determined that out Munchkin boiler was faulty, leaking water and carbon monoxide and could not be repaired. We knew when we bought the home that it was no longer made and parts were impossible to get.
The boiler provided heat though hydronic baseboard slant/fin type radiators and domestic hot water via an indirect heated hot water heater to our 4000 ft. sq. home. We are faced with finding a replacement.
We just got a quote for $14k for a replacement boiler installation which seems high considering the cost of the boiler alone is $4600.
A direct gas replacement is the most likely option but I am wondering if there are better options.
A combi boiler possibly eliminating the need for the water heater?
Possibly switching to electric?
Other options we haven't thought of....?

Like for example if we start to sin and suddenly you start to lose blessings, people around you start to stop taking to you, you won't get fired but get relegated to a lower position, your boss stop talking to you and prefer to trust your newer peer even when he barely speak english, your teachers at any kind of class act like you dont exist in class and treat other classmates normal except for you, your landlord calls you one day and say he wants you out of his property even through you have paid on time and followed the rules.
After all mentioned above, is this happening because God wants you to trust in him despite the fact nobody on this world will do it? Ir is actually a some kind of testing because our flesh is weak and the message is that if you are not obedient to him you will lose his trust and you will lose things?

Xaden’s been putting the plan to marry Violet in action since atleast chapter 47.
Violet’s ring has an emerald the size of her finger nail. The blade of Aretia is also covered in emeralds the size of her fingernails and one is conveniently mentioned as missing from the blade in chapter 47. Freaking beautiful foreshadowing.
