Come on now, you’re out traveling now and not even there for food to be delivered, you’re telling me that with your income you couldn’t order food to be delivered to the house to feed you and your children? Have you never heard of DoorDash, uber eats, instacart?

Hello everyone. So I've been modelling since 2018 or so. Been on Shapeways, Cults3d (I've got 1.7k models in there), Cgtrader, been selling my 3d printed models on Etsy for a few years too. Flash forward to December 2024, I started working for this guy who owns a study center for kids, taking care of his 3d printers, getting them in proper condition and so on. All under the counter. So today he first sends me this link to a shop that was selling 3d printed dragons, those with hinges that have some movement. He later sends me a this voice message proposing that we form a partnership in a business that would sell 3d printed stuff, he says, these dragons must cost 3 euros to produce and they are selling them for 30 euros. Well, I think to myself, yeah sure, but you have to fucking model them first, buddy, you know, have talent and a good idea and a good execution.
So he says:
- We go 50/50
- We set up a website
- We make pieces custom-made or out own stock of things that would have commercial interest. He mentions toys, key chains, custom lithophanes
- You would offer the manpower (working with the 3d printers and the design), I would put the capital, the investment (website, community manager, the printers and material).
Anyway, I'd like to know your first impressions on this offer. You know, my first one was that this guy is going to want to have access to my body of work, you know, free access. I've never licensed my models. Also I'm not sure what this would entail, fiscally. Would I be getting a salary here, a schedule? Also I'm going to be giving this course alongside him, with a contract (that he said), so I don't quite get this being 50/50 and also working for him? Is this messy? Is this ok? Any input is welcome, much obliged.

A vaga, aparentemente, não envolve o uso de nenhuma linguagem de programação ou pseudocódigo. O foco seria dar aulas utilizando apenas a plataforma da empresa. Além disso, também seria necessário montar planos de aula mensalmente e ajudar em tarefas administrativas, como imprimir provas, quando não estivesse em aula.
Outro ponto é que a vaga seria para trabalhar nos dois turnos, recebendo uma bolsa-auxílio por turno, mas sem oferecer vale-alimentação (VA) ou vale-transporte (VT).
Com isso em mente, queria saber de vocês: essa oportunidade realmente pode ser um caminho válido para entrar na área de TI ou é só um 'bait'?

I turned DLSS on a few days ago and have consistently found that I can get above 60 fps with near-maxed settings at 1440p. Has anybody found optimal settings for a 3070 given the latest Cyberpunk 2077 patch and using the latest Nvidia drivers?
Currently using DLSS transformer model on balanced, most graphics are maxed, ray tracing standard for a 3070 (path tracing off, ray tracing on, but only for shadows)
Using a fair number of mods, and launch the game through vortex, which eats up at least 6gb of ram.

Paraphrasing of course, but I think this is a strong sign the innies, or at least mark, is getting rid of his own bad/sad/negative feelings. That's why they need him specifically to finish the file. They keep exposing him to the innie Gemma to see if it sparks anything. I have a feeling that's Lumons or Kier's goal, to erase all bad feelings. As seen in the childbirth example. It's possible they're also doing the same for Gemma's feeling, but I'm not even convinced she's real at this point.
Just my two cents. I imagine there's all sorts of other stuff going on too. Also, I'm just gonna get it down in writing...I don't think Helly R is Helena. I think it's a red herring. I think she lied about what she did and saw because the innies are her only allies, they'd never trust her again if they knew who her outie was. Plus, the way they subverted all my expectations as to the reasons the other innies weren't coming back tells me they've done the same here. Maybe.
