I’ve been in therapy for seven months, working to overcome depression, and I’ve made incredible progress. My therapist has been a huge part of that—I feel safe opening up, and they help me navigate things I never thought I could face.
But I’m scared. I feel so dependent on therapy. As soon as a session ends, I’m counting the days until the next one. I hate feeling like I can’t cope without it, and I don’t know how to bring this up in therapy.
To make things worse, I might go on Erasmus in September. I’m terrified at the thought of pausing therapy. How do I keep moving forward if I lose the one thing keeping me grounded? Has anyone else felt like this?

Hi guys, I have a brand new steam deck that I got at Christmas and since going back to work I've noticed that I only play on weekends, if I hit the power button for an instant shutdown while in game the deck is dead by the next weekend. Is this expected behavior?
I kinda assumed that this shut the device down but now I'm not so sure.

Hey guys,
28M from Australia. Unsure whether to join my 6 mates to go live in the UK
I spent 7 months in South America last year after quitting my design job. I’ve now got mates moving to the UK, but I have so many doubts
My main concerns are:
• Falling behind in my career again (been tough finding work since being back having been out the design game for so long) • Spent 30k AUD in South America and now will blow something similar, maybe more (currently got 55k AUD) • Have to hustle for work all over again (all I’ve been doing since being back in Melbourne)
All my mates going are very travel and experience motivated, whereas I did heaps of that last year so I’m not as much
The only reason I’m more in for this is because I feel I’ll regret not trying it when I’m 50, 60 years old - but a part of me really does wanna settle down and start my life up again - as returning to Melbourne has been really difficult
What’s everyone’s opinion? I’m so torn
