Why?

Hello everyone,
I would like to hear your thoughts to help me classify certain questions I have.
Why does everyone say that you should be careful when putting on a sweater after a few days or not wearing a hat, etc.
Is it always about the fact that you might pull out grafts?
If so, how do you notice that you have pulled them out? Is it true that it always has to bleed when you lose a graft?
And if hair is accidentally pulled out after day 15 or 20, the root stays in, right?

2025.01.24 23:00 STEELMACHINEOFDEATH How can I actually stay within my deficit?

I (M20) have been overweight since I was like 11, I've been trying to lose weight for years and have started making proper changes in the last year or so. I weigh 113kg as of right now. In 2023 I was down from 105kg to around 95 but then my parents seperated and I gained more than ever before. I lost like 5kg in last October and November, but then I had surgery in December and gained that back too. I've recovered enough from surgery to start losing weight again, but somehow I just can't do it... In the last 2 weeks, I stayed within my limit every day but in the evening I always go way over, so much I either eat maintenance or around 200-400 cal over. I'm so frustrated with myself. I have made some genuine changes to my life, I've started genuinely enjoying exercise, exercising daily is much easier for than keeping within my calorie deficit. But every time I get a craving in the evening, it's like I'm just on autopilot and start eating even while beating myself up for it. I've wasted so many weeks I could've been losing weight by doing this, and it's never worth it but I just can't stop, it's genuinely like I'm on autopilot and my determination to lose weight is muted. Has anyone else had the same issue and overcome it? Does anyone have any ideas why I'm like this, or tips to getting better at not eating at night? It's not even that I get strong cravings, it's just that somehow food is always available (especially because I hang out with friends a lot in the evening and they're always eating (but none of them are overweight...))... I NEED to change this, I can't stand my body, all the working out I do isn't worth anything if I'll hate my body regardless and I'm SO tired of not liking my body. I need to get a grip, but somehow I just can't.
Any help or tips would be massively appreciated.
If it's useful information, I'm 5'10 (178cm) and 113kg, and the deficit I try to stay within is 1600kcal

Now that ive just finished my second ever mod, its like all i think about is making another one. Its indescribable, the amount of satisfaction you get in knowing you made and personalised that beautiful thing on your wrist. It just makes you appreciate your piece so much more knowing you spent hours perfecting the hands, design and being extremely delicate not to damage anything.
The process is equal parts thrilling and nerve-wracking. One slip, and you’ve bent a hand or scratched a dial. But when everything comes together perfectly, it’s euphoric. And that’s where the addiction begins. Because as soon as one mod is complete, the possibilities for the next one are already calling. A different colour, a different dial texture, a new case design—there’s no end to what you can create.
It’s safe to say I’m hooked. Modding isn’t just a hobby, it’s a rabbit hole of endless ideas, and I’m loving every second of it.

After SW was paused for a day or two for maintenance, I was relieved to have both MT and GT on my dashboard yesterday. However, today, they’ve both disappeared again… Is anyone else experiencing this? I did a quick search on the sub, but couldn’t see anything.
I’ve had pretty good correspondence with support on the whole, but their silence on this question has me worried!
I do, at least, still have WB, but I’m really hoping SW is coming back….
