Longest I’ve had sober since I was 18 is 53 days. 3 of them were because I was in a detox center. and the other 42 I was in rehab. Can proudly say I made it 8 days in the wild without a drink. I’m 6’2 maybe 140 pounds. Alcohol and nicotine affect my eating.
I’ve never had a dui or have been arrested. I feel like I’m not a typical alcoholic. I go to meetings and hear people’s experiences and feel out of place. I feel like I don’t belong because I haven’t done all the crazy shit people talk about during their experience of alcoholism.
I’m the type of drunk that just drinks himself to sleep every night. My whole day revolves around these 2-3 hours. It’s what I live for. I’m a literal slave to alcohol.

I don’t keep cookies or soda in my home. I don’t eat out. Female / 40s. My little chocolate binge is a half cup of chocolate chips blended into spinach, tofu, milk, flax seeds and some peanut butter. It’s pretty delicious. 😆 the only other sugar intake I have is home made Gatorade which I only drink for the electrolytes so not the same as gaming for 3 days straight with a liter of Mountain Dew. Lol
But I always find myself mentally craving pizza, tacos, Olive Garden breadsticks. Like constantly want it. I work night shift as well so I really want a fkn hamburger 🍔.

I know there's really not much anyone can do on here, but I just thought I'd see if anyone else has shared my issue. My quest 3s arrived a little over a week ago. I paid for Blade and Sorcery Nomad to be preloaded onto the headset, but when it arrived the game was missing. I immediately sent an email to Meta support (even using the "missing game" section on the support page) but they have been extremely unhelpful. I've been redirected to SIX different support people, and now onto their "specialty support team." Now every email they send me is the automatic-sounding "Welcome to Meta support" paragraph not even answering any of my questions or acknowledging me in any way. I feel like I'm about to lose my mind here, all over $30. Anybody else had this issue? Even the online realtime support chat just told me to go back to the emails. I'm terribly stressed out over this.

I recently came across a picture of the Sony HB-F1XD and I've honestly fallen in love with the design and the style but as it's a system of its own and was built in the 80s getting my hands on one would be exspensive and redundent. does anyone know of anything that has a similar feel and design with a more modern approach?
I'm after something that still has a lot of extra functions like possible USB ports or system buttons but I'm coming up short with anything that could come close to what I'm after. best I've found myself would be the steelseries 7G (2008) and the g.skill ripjaws km780r (2016). neither of this quite have the design side down but the function is there.
any ideas or opinoins would be appreciated!

I have a friend (F26) who identifies as an ace and she's been talking with this guy for months, they liked each other romantically and then he made some flirtatious advances and insinuate some arousal around her just for her to cut him off to tell him that she's ace and that sex is not gonna happen... Ever... So the guy decided to leave and keep looking for someone more suitable, he kept on talking with my friend but just as a friend now. She got kinda bitter about it and was ranting with me about the audacity of this dude so I asked her what is her idea of a relationship with someone who is clearly sexual, why would she put someone into this deprivation?? And got no clear answer. So now I'm asking out of curiosity, why an ace would want to have a "monogamous" relationship with a sexual person? Under my understanding, ace people "don't care about having sex" but why would you be hurt if your s/o looks for it somewhere else? It wouldn't better to be in relationships only among aces in that case? I really want to understand this, please be nice! 🙏🏽

Looking at a naked for my second bike and currently comparing these three.
Currently leaning more toward the Honda or the Triumph, but would like everyone’s thoughts on how they all compare?
For info: 1. Shorter rider @5’7”, so height does play a factor but they all seem to be in the same seat height range from what I gather.

  1. Won’t likely be tracked as there isnt one near me, but there are lots of twisties, street riding, city riding, and some highway riding to be had.
  2. I can do basic maintenance at home if needed but would prefer dealer-maintained while it’s new; the Triumph dealer is a daytrip away, whilst Yamaha and Honda are in my viscinity.
