Sharing from my traumatic loss grief group. I lost my brother to suicide and shortly thereafter lost several friends and my boyfriend—not to death but they just didn’t want to be around me anymore. I felt this poem captured some of that.
Please See Me through my Tears Kelly Osmont You asked, "How are you doing?" As I told you, tears came to my eyes...and you Lou the aenion you had digan me alaned away. "How am I doing?"...I do better when people listen, Though I may shed a tear or two. This pain is indescribable. If you've never known it you cannot fully understand Yet I need you. When you look away, When I'm ignored, Your attention means more than you can ever know. Really, tears are not a bad sign, you know. They relaures me of testross of sadness. I know you fear that asking how l'm doing brings me sadness ...but you are wrong. The memory of my loved one's death will always be with me, Only a thought away. My tears make my pain more visible to you, but you did not Give me the pain... it was already there. When I cry, could it be that you feel helpless, not know what to do? You are not helpless, And you don't need to do a thing but be there. When I feel your permission to allow my tears to flow, You've helped me. You need not speak. Your silence as I cry is all I need. Be patient...do not fear. Listening with your heart to 'how I am doing' Relieves the pain, For when the tears can freely come and go, I feel lighter. Talking to you releases what l've been wanting to say aloud, Clearing space For a touch of joy in my life. I'll cry for a minute or two... And then I'll wipe my eyes, And sometimes you'll even find I'm laughing later. When I hold back the tears, my throat grows tight, My chest aches, my stomach knots... Because I'm trying to protect you from my tears. When we both hurt...me, because my pain is held inside, A shield against our closeness...and you, Because suddenly we're distant. So please, take my hand and see me through my tears... Then we can be close again.

I have had bacne for about a year now and everything I use only seems to get worse I have tried about 20 substances given them at least 3 weeks but nothings helps u cant see but it goes up the back of my head and onto front of shoulders too , thinking of steroid cream as a last resort Only thing that has actually helped is going on holiday in 30 ° which is hard if I live in a very cold country

I’m on season 9, first time watching it in complete. and I already see the drastic change the writers made to the show and I am reminiscent of the early seasons. I feel a bit melancholic knowing there’s only 11 seasons of this show, it’s my favorite and I can’t help but feel bittersweet about it coming to a close soon! I wish I could hang out in there world a bit longer lol. I feel so attached to these characters and the actors did such an amazing job on the show bringing them to life, there’s nothing quite like this show :/
