This is my second week in college, I could never survive. I’m way too slow and behind , I’ve got a learning disorder. (Don’t want to become part time student and take longer, also I feel like I can only handle a so what ppl say a “useless degree” so why even go?) Teachers give out way too many assignments and if college is literally built that way , I would never survive. I tried to make it manageable by dropping classes and trying to find easy professors. But I feel like that not a way to survive in the college system. That’s to say I’m not cut for it. I’ve heard abt trades but I’m too small it would literally tear me apart. Is there anyone out there who’s also considered “slow” and have a career and can give any suggestions for a slow person? Is there also anything that can generate passive income?

Hi there, I just completed my first day as a Sales Representative for Spectrum. Not sure if anyone else is in this boat, but there's a few key differences between my hiring process versus directly getting hired by Spectrum, from what little I know so far: -- I was hired by a marketing services agency, who was hired by Spectrum to train reps to help manage sales areas and grow sales directly through word-of-mouth, face-to-face interactions -- I trained with a team today, and we set up a little podium near the electronics sections of Walmart to directly engage with potential and existing clients -- I was told there is no hourly pay, but pay is based mainly on commissions, which have been increased recently, especially for Internet sales I'm currently based out of New Orleans, with all sales taking place on the North Shore.
Ive never been in a sales rep position, ever, and not quite like this. It seems like getting directly hired by Spectrum has a better sign on bonus, training and sales. I'm really looking for advice or encouragement, because I'm not sure about this job. Or maybe I'm just looking for something to be wrong with it lol. But can this kind of position, working for an agency, really net me good money? Will the pay be worth it?
I come from a hospitality/restaurant/retail background too, so it's compatible.
Tl;Dr: I started a Spectrum sales rep job, got hired by a New Orleans based marketing agency instead of Spectrum directly. Is this job going to pay? Should I stick with it? Advice?

Hi everyone!
BACKSTORY: I’ve had my collie mix since she was 5 months old and I had adopted a 3 year old GSD a year or so ago but at the time we lived in a tiny apartment and it didn’t end up working out with him. Luckily my mom was able to take him in and he’s very healthy and happy!!
I’m at a bit of a crossroads right now and am needing some advice. I currently have a border collie/shepherd mix that is 2 years old. I’m looking into getting a 8 week old Australian Shepherd from a breeder. I got all his supplies ready and things like that but I’m suddenly getting hit with second thoughts. I, personally, really want a puppy and have always wanted to raise one but I also want to get my girl a friend because since my GSD left, she’s been a bit moody and sad. I just moved into a house with a huge backyard but I’m feeling a little weird about getting a puppy after what happened with my GSD. I don’t want to be a bad parent and I have a lot of guilt over what happened with my previous dog. I’m also worried that my current girl is going to be jealous, she showed signs of jealousy (not aggression just some pushing away and trying to grab attention) with our GSD but they got along great and were genuine bestfriends.
Note: Just because I know someone will ask, we didn’t know we would move into a house at the time of giving up our GSD, the move snuck up on us and we actually ended up moving states as well.

I want to ask for some advice on if I was to sensitive in this situation. I was playing fortnite and my fiance walked in, I was playing with random people and they were both young kids, they started making nasty comments about having sèx with little kids as a funny joke. I made some comments like oh gosh that's to far and talked about how even though they were young, it wasn't funny to joke about. My fiancé went off on me saying they were kids themselves and humor is relative, he then even said next that you could joke about 🍇 or dèath, it doesn't matter because "humor is relative" He made another comment that when he was younger he made jokes like this and meant no harm by it. Than he kept yelling at me that I was overly sensitive when I tried to explain why I thought those jokes weren't okay. Obviously joking about 🍇ing is not okay?? Anyway he was yelling all of this at me while I'm playing and our whole team died, than they started talking crap about how trash I was at fortnite and that they didn't want to play with such a horrible player, and my fiance just laughed and laughed with them and agreed saying look, even they don't like you. It was just such a strange interaction and now I feel so sad and weird around him. He has been acting more like a bully than someone who loves me tbh. He will even scream at me for literally just being bad at fornite. I'll play 3 games and stop bc he starts yelling what to do and when I dont do it he gets so mad He yells at me for everything else outside of fortnite too he also goes on rants about feminist and how much he dislikes women sometimes when we see like a girl superhero or if a female is the main character or something😭
