 | He was bothering Both the males and females. We end up fixing a few random visitors every year during Mating season when they show up and start harassing the colony. They don’t know the cats are sterilized. So they hang around waiting for the females to go into heat and they never do. So today my husband stuck him in a crate during feeding for him to get sterilized this afternoon. He just grabbed him by the back of the neck and lowered him in. The cat was too surprised to react fast enough. 1st intact male cats have SOO much muscle. 2nd - he is big mad. So mad in fact I am constantly worried he will break out of the cage. But he did settle after about 20 min and is now just doing a sad meow. I’m in Greece TNR is the only way for the amount of cats we have here. So, I applied to take part of an course for a IT certification I've been eyeing since I wanted to do cybersecurity. Problem is, I have no freaking idea how it works. I know it says tuition reimbursement but here s the part where I'm scratching my head it. I called the company and the person asked if they can send the invoice to DG/Workforce Edge so is the company gonna pay for me to take it or do I need to pay and they just reimburse me for it? If the company pays for it, then that s great. But if I'm paying for it and they paying me back, then would it be cheaper for me to take the certification and get free study materials for it.
Anyway, if anyone can help me out, that would be great. I did brought it up to my DM but I kinda figured it wouldn't hurt to ask

I recently wrote a blog about how I automated the process of onboarding new hosts and collecting metrics in Grafana. For a while, I was managing hosts manually through YAML configuration files, but I quickly realized that I was often forgetting to add new hosts, and those YAML files were becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
After some trial and error, I came up with a solution that combines Ansible templates and Systemd to fully automate the onboarding process. Now, whenever a new host is added, it’s automatically registered and configured without the need for manual intervention, saving a ton of time and reducing the risk of errors.

My dad likes to do this: Set up the stage about complaining how broke he is. Then he makes his move, stating something that he needs concrete financial assistance with. I helped many times until I had anxiety and depression from his texts and calls, so I refused to help anymore. Then he did this to my cousin. That poor thing gave up 7000 which she has saved for her wedding to him for his kitchen remodelling. When he told me of this assistance, he had a satisfied smirk on his face.
In my childhood I heard from my mum that he asked my auntie for help so much that she had to see a counsellor for stress. I think he genuinely enjoys the manipulation.
