I’ve waited to play Alyx last because people always said it’d ruin all other VR games. Unfortunately it’s sort of the opposite? It may not even be top 5? I played half life 2 + eps right before jumping into Alyx, and it’s not even close, half life 2 was much much more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cool in Alyx, obviously it has great VR interactions, but man is it slow and honestly, boring. Movement is unbearably slow. I get it’s designed for newcomers in mind, but I just can’t imagine any experienced VR gamer thinks as highly of it as the Reddit consensus. Even the unbelievably hyped Jeff was just annoying. Resident evil 8 and 4 remake on PSVR2 were both much more enjoyable and scarier. What’s the consensus on this? Is it just people whose first and only VR experience was Alyx that are acting like it’s the only good VR game? I’d rank all the following as better than Alyx:
Half life 2 VR + eps RE4 remake RE8 Into the Radius Probably tied with Metro Maybe even saints and sinners… definitely in the gameplay department

I've been itching only when in my apartment for the last 7 months but am unable to see anything as the cause. It feels like things are landing on me and I will suddenly feel a pinch. There are no bugs. I took microscope images of the skin of top of my foot. What could these tiny red dots be?
Also, sometimes when I'm out in public, I can sometimes see white "dust" flying off of me. I unfortunately have carpet and I'm thinking maybe it's dust. Can dust feels like it's landing on your skin and "stinging" you?

Hey everyone.
I haven't played warhammer since 4th edition, and am looking to get back into it.
Have been looking over things for a while (no models purchased yet), and am convinced a 1000pt army to begin with would be a good entry. Mix of Aeldari and Harlequins. Not many guides on mixing them though, so hoping I might get some great ideas/insights to building my first army??
Was thinking a good start would be the current Aeldari combat patrol, then buy the below harlequin models.
Combat Patrol box (580 ish):
- 1x Farseer
- 1x Wraithlord
- 6x Windriders
- 10x Guardians (which can be built as Guardian Defenders with 1x Heavy Weapons Platform, or as Storm Guardians with 1x Serpent's Scale Platform)
– 1x Skyweavers box – 2x Harlequin Troupes (1x convert troupe master with, other will have the below shadowseer) – 1x Shadowseer – 2x Starweaver (1 as a Starweaver, 1 as a voidweaver)
Total point army 1160 ish.

And before anyone says Winlator I already tried that and it says that it's an app for an older phone and I have an older phone. That's why I'm asking. This is not a joke nor a motherfucking game. You'd think it'd stop after taking Diflucan. You thought wrong. I have gone through kidney infections, throat infections, everything infections. And it will never come close to the level of discomfort this shit had me feeling.
One morning I woke up feeling rather itchy down there. After a couple of hours, the horror got worse as a new symptom appeared: stinging and weird discharge. I then went to the toilet to discover that my reproductive organs decided to create the newest variation of Pepto Bismol. Yes, I had pink discharge.
And it got worse.
Then the icing on the cake: white discharge. Everywhere.
I went to the doctor and experienced a glimmer of hope after picking up the Diflucan script and tripping and falling running to my kitchen to grap a cup of water.
It was done.
The pill was in my system.
Now we wait for the long-awaited relief in 24 hours or 48 hours.
The next day I spent dealing with my vaginal canal trying to turn itself into a bottle of shampoo that got squeezed too hard. The itching and the stinging got worse enough to thank god my work meetings are through Zoom and no one saw me wince and curl into a fetal position on my chair.
Supposedly antifungals make your symptoms worse before they get better because they have to eliminate the fungus somehow. Anyways, that's how I realized I am experiencing Candida's Revenge.
I feel a bit better. I have less discharge (no, shit. of course I am. it wanted to cosplay an exploding bottle of ranch dressing). I still feel itching and some stinging. Welp, I'll be going to the Dr tomorrow.
I hate it here.

I’ve done 1500+ km roadtrips throughout Rajasthan, Meghalaya, Assam, Kashmir (through Baramulla, Sopore), Leh, Georgia, and Seychelles.

Main Attractions: Jaisalmer fort, Sam Sand Dunes, Longewala, Tanot Mata Temple
# of trippers required: 1-2
Itinerary: Delhi-Jaisalmer-Delhi
Route: As per Google Maps (We’ll also visit some interesting sites near our route.)
Night stops: Wherever the road takes us
Hotel Bookings: We’ll do them on the go.
Distance: It’s an 1800km road trip
The aim is to do this trip as cheaply as we can, while not giving up on good food.
