I was only 4 when it happened. I only have one memory with her and i dont even know if it’s real or if i just made it up. i dont know anything about her. i dont even know her favorite color and my family doesnt like talking about her so i dont think ill ever know. it seems like everyone is over her death but me. it doesnt feel like its been 10 years and i dont know what to do to help me cope. i got into pills a couple years ago to help but i quit 2 months ago and now all i can think about is her again. i dont know what to do. i need my mommy.

I collect historic RPPC (real photo) postcards, stereoviews and cabinet photos (1880s -1920s) of the places I’ve lived that I find interesting and would like to display them with relevant junk journaling materials (vintage receipts/recipes/photos/matchboxes etc) in a safe as possible manner. Most postcards are posted (sent) with personalized messages and post office stamps so I want to be able to see both sides. I plan on affixing hard plastic sleeves to the pages and wrapping the cards in poly sleeves with a tab attached to pull the card out.
Besides using as much acid-free paper as possible and wrapping the finished book in poly and storing in an acid-free box, what other actions can I take that will help preserve the authentic parts of the journal? Using/avoiding certain adhesives?
I plan on creating these as artistic, creative and antique journals/scrapbooks that help me display my collection while also being family heirlooms.

My circle of friends really into baseball is 1, my best friend from 2nd grade. By really into baseball I mean he follows transactions in the off season, watches most games and would be able to post on Reddit and have an in depth conversation.
My dad died last July and he and I would communicate back and forth almost everyday. Him not being around has left a big hole in my baseball friends circle.
I never really meet any passionate, knowledgeable fans in the wild these days.

How I see it? Even with Beru probably having better overall base stats than Baran, Baran has better hax and equipment like the Demon King's Longsword, the Demon King's Daggers, his lightning breath/beam and the fact that he can summon a massive army of A Rank demons at will.

 | Apologies, I don't yet have a Garmin watch, just a 5 pro, I will however gradate to one shortly, I thought I ought to post this for inspiration or help to other people in maybe a similar position, I used to drink quite alot, mainly on weekends with friends with the occasional mid week boozeup, not out of the ordinary for my group / work life, I stopped drinking on the 19th November, wife is pregnant and thought it'd be a good time to have a reset / 9 months off, I exercise as most average people do, sometimes alot sometimes not at all, I couldn't believe the difference not drinking has made to my vo2 score, I've done relatively little exercise over the festive period and have enjoyed the food! 30 yo male submitted by Ok_Security5288 to Garmin [link] [comments] |

A very established OC of mine has been occupating my mind for years now. They have a fleshed-out personality, appearance, backstory and so on and so forth — there's just this load of information residing in my head, information that's been accumulating for a long time. And I am so attached to this lil guy that I want them to be with me in a way that matters, forever. They kind of already are, they are a part of me that won't go away. But the thing is... I want them, not some botched copy of them that'll defy what they are. I don't want the thing to deviate towards what the real deal would never be or do (I have a very good understanding of what they would be or do). And I really need to understand whether or not I will get exactly what I bargain for if I do create a tulpa of them. Will I get them them or someone that'll essentially be just a clone, like a stupid AI bot of them or a Sims character of them?

 | Ive had these bugs inside my enclosure for a couple months now (I’ve cleaned out her tank and they still are around) so I shared a picture with a local pet store and they said they were spring tails. I also have dwarf white isopods but they haven’t caused harm to my gecko. But I’m not 100% sure if they’re just springtails (as they do maybe look like them) that were in her substrate when I bought it or if it’s something else.
