2025.01.27 04:08 PercivalLemon When turning on the Katana 100 Gen3 the Pedal FX starts engaged.
Hi everyone!
I hope someone could assist me on this matter.
I'm new to the Katana line and I'm not quite familiarized with the Tone Studio yet. I have a Mission Expression pedal (Kemper model - 10k TRS / TS switch) connected to a Katana 100 Gen3 combo through a GA-FC EX foot controller and I have successfully(?) assigned it as a Pedal FX/Cry Wah with the switch toggling it on/off. My problem starts when I turn the amp on or select the patch and the Wah is already engaged no matter what. I can't figured out how to set the Pedal FX off as default.
Besides this minor setback, I'm loving the amp and, honestly, I regret that I didn't get one earlier.

2025.01.27 04:08 Brief_Fisherman8468 Please Help issue with PC crashing (Key mode exception not handled) when playing battlefield 2042 and only that game.
As the title states BF 2042 keeps blue screening my PC and I have tried everything I know and have found online to fix it with no results. Thankful for any advice.
Symptoms:
When running or attempting to run BF 2042 at some point it will Blue Screen with KEY Mode Exception not Handled and states its the EAanticheat at the bottom then restarts my PC. Sometimes I can play for hours before it happens, sometimes it does it when I try to launch the game and doesn't even start the game. Sometimes it boots up I play one match and it does it when the match ends, sometimes it does it in the middle of match. It has done this for over a month at this point and I am at my wits end.
System Specs:
Windows 11
CPU- 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz
GPU- Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 TI
RAM- T FORCE 16gb DDR5 4800MHz
Motherboard- ASUSTek PRIME Z690-P WIFI
BIOS- 3601 (most recent version)
Storage:
Drive1- Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe Internal SSD SNV2S/1000G
Drive2- Crucial MX500 4TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Internal SSD
Already attempted solutions:
I have Uninstalled and reinstalled BF 2042 multiple times.
I have checked that my PC meets all minimum requirements to run the game
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated EA Anticheat multiple time
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app multiple times
I have deleted all files related to Electronic Arts from everywhere on PC and started over
I have checked multiple times to make sure BIOS is up to date
I have checked multiple times to make sure GPU driver is up to date
I created new folders for temp files in windows and changed the location in windows settings. (which seemed like it fixed the problem but didn't)
I have run sfc/scannow in command prompt
I have run windows start up repair
I have used RAMMap multiple times to clear RAM cache
I have even deleted everything other windows11 (to include Steam and all games, EPIC and all games, Nvidia app, all browsers, all 3-d print files and slicers, LaserGRBL, and all personal items) and started over. The same as when I first got the PC
I don't know where to go from here. Hoping maybe someone can point me in the right direction any and all help is appreciated.
(Note: It only affects BF 2042 all other games I play ( i.e. Helldivers 2, Justcause3 and 4, Madden, Farcry 3 thru 6, all DOOM games, and many more) don't have any issues)

Having a very nice holiday in southern NZ but.... by the eight the timing sucks.
So many little bits and pieces from event merchants I'd like to pick up. I get back in 2 days and I think I already have 9 tickets leftover so I'll have to figure out what to prioritize with those and the dozen or so I can earn before it ends.
Speaking of which- what would you folks prioritize if you'd missed the last few years of events?
