Definitely wish I was making more overall, specifically in J1 (feel slightly under compensated). Might go for a Company Sponsored MBA in the next few years, or do a couple international rotations for J1. During season 1 the innies activated the emergency protocol and then were on the outside. How is that possible if the innie and outie share the same body? Wouldn’t the outie take over on the inside not the other way around? Because that’s where their body was? It’s been a while since I saw it so I might be remembering it wrong.

Hello,
Bit of a newbie with mounting TVs/monitors
I have a 32” Hisense smart tv (2024) and an Acer Nitro 27” monitor (2022)
I am wanting to place both on my desk - linked up separately (monitor to computer & TV to my PS4)
Just wondering how I would go about anchoring these to my desk, with minimal damage to the desk (unable to anchor to wall, as I do not own the home I reside in)
I know it isn’t as simple as buying a random monitor arm - especially with the location points for the TV to be able to screw in a monitor arm…
Any ideas on best anchored monitor arms or stores that can assist in person (in South Australia) 🙃
Any help is appreciated

In my organisation, people with Advanced levels get paid the same regardless of what those skills are. A bit of an extreme example, but for example if you have advanced levels of eg data entry skills you will get paid the same as someone with advanced level of highly specialised eg engineering skill.
Is this common?

Taj is the kindest person that I know. Since we met in high school she has shown me the true meaning of generosity and taking care of the people in our lives. She had to leave home at 16 because of abuse in her family and has been funding her life entirely alone since then. Despite that, she has always been powerfully optimistic and supportive for the people in her life (including me).
She was able secure herself a full-ride scholarship at a University in Brooklyn, which has provided housing for her for the past three years. She is now 21, and during this time she's worked two jobs alongside her full-time schooling in Industrial Design. Two nights ago, someone broke into her apartment and stole the savings that she needs in order to afford housing once this semester ends.
Being someone who has constantly supported and protected the people in her life, even when she needed support herself, it's devastating that the stability she managed to create for herself has been taken this way. Not just as a violation of her home but by taking away years worth of hard work in minimum-wage jobs to support her basic needs.
I'm coming to Reddit as a place with so many people who are willing to share their most difficult experiences and support one-another when they feel entirely alone.
Please help me support Taj. She deserves to live a life that isn't a constant uphill battle for basic resources. Your contribution allows her to keep fighting for a life beyond survival.

Not sure where to ask this but my manager has made several comments about minorities that are downright offensive and treats non white people differently. She makes fun of people who apply if they have “weird” names. Things that would get her fired easily in another work environment. Our team is small, we have no HR or anyone higher up than her. She can basically do whatever she wants because she answers to no one. The place is owned by one guy who is friends with her so talking to him would likely get me nowhere and I’ve never even met him before/don’t know how to contact him. I’m leaving the job this week, but just feel so icky knowing that this will continue and she won’t face consequences. There is no place on Glassdoor or Indeed to leave reviews or anything. Is there anything I could do, or is this just life? I’ve had plenty of awful managers before, but this is different. If she was just rude or a crappy boss, I’d put my head down and ignore it or leave the job. I’ve heard of people getting the department of labor involved, but I really don’t want to get my name attached to some long drawn out process dealing with this. Plus it seems their investigations involve interviewing management which would be pointless. I normally just mind my own business but this has really rubbed me the wrong way.

Hello everyone. I am trying to build my first deck and bought the ST18 as a starting point. Which do you think are the most important subs towards a meta P Luffy deck? I am in Canada and many cards from the meta deck are not readily available from my research. And there is also the budget issue, but I plan to build it gradually.
I have been collecting for a month now, so I had a few (very few) cards already. From these I thought of subbing in a St04-003 Kaido and an Ulti Mortar that I have lying around.
Also, how competitive are locals in general? I imagine this might be highly variable, but would I have any chance of winning a match (considering I know how to play) using the raw ST18 deck?
Any tips are welcome!!
