Hello, I have bike and in winter months I'm using bike rollers to train indoors. I have Garmin FR255, speed sensor and cadence sensor on my bike, so I o get speed and RPM stats in my Garmin Connect.
What I don't have is an easy way to see RPM stats during my activity. As I'm on the rollers and balance is important I can't really glance on my Garmin watch safely. What I want is to see my stats (spped, RPM, HR) on much larger phone screen.
How can i stream or see my indoor biking stats on my phone during my activity?

Hey everyone, I’m 19F from India, and I’m in a bit of a tricky spot. I finished 10th grade almost 3 years ago but couldn’t continue due to my deafness and some mental health struggles back then. Now, I need to finish high school (11th and 12th) in 2–4 months so I can move forward with my dream of getting into law school.
I tried looking into NIOS because they offer On-Demand exams, but they’re either not responding, or I’m told I’m overage for their programs. I’ve also checked out international homeschooling options, but they’re super expensive, and I’ve never done international schooling before, so I’m not sure if that’s even a good idea.
For context, I studied in ICSE and CBSE (English medium, Humanities/Arts with Economics), and I can speak despite being deaf.
Does anyone know of affordable, flexible alternatives where I can finish both grades at once? Would love any legit suggestions. Please keep it positive—I’m already kicking myself for dropping out and don’t need more stress, just genuine help.

10th moon, 250AC The Dreadfort, The Lonesome Road
The gray-black walls of the Dreadfort were visible upon the horizon as soon as one took the fork in the road from the Kingsroad down the dead highway known as the Bolton's Lonesome Road. A day into the journey would the toothed parapets and merlons of the elder castle be seen like the bottom jaw of a giant skull plucked from the lands.
Five men had died along the Lonesome Road, a land where the sun did not care to shine. A place that the Old Gods hoped to forget. Their bodies were buried under the hard, barren lands along the paved cobble. They were only numbers added to the unmarked grave posts that flanked the road, but the Bolton and Umber forces prayed in front of the wooden signs of death whenever camp was struck. The wayward spirits stuck along this road would lead the living home, for the right price.
A day before the gates of the Dreadfort could the gargoyles be seen upon the walls in their nests. Some of the Umber troops swore that they could see the stone move and crawl atop the Dreadfort, but the superstitious giants were laughed at by the rest of the contingent. Magic was dead, and stone could not move. It was merely the weather and horrid ice storms that plagued the Lonesome Road that were influencing the Deep Northman. It took a specific kind of man and woman to survive in this place that the Sun fought every day to save, cloud ever high in the air that blotted the Old God's vision into these Bolton Lands. Those of the Dreadlands were tempered by something other than ice
The Old Gate whined like an old mouth slowly opening to taste another supper, and the Bolton and Umber forces were within the Dreadfort.

Hello, I don’t even really know how to go about this so I’m just gonna trauma dump. Apologies if this is all over the place I’m currently spiralling… my dad was sick for over half my life. He had a terminal illness but it was controlled and he was doing very well. I fell pregnant in July 2024, that in itself was a shit show, I had an unsupportive partner who spoke more to his mother about our baby and what we would need then he did to me. He was begging me to get an abortion but I said I didn’t want that for myself. At the end of July my father got really sick, coughing and puking up blood he couldn’t keep any food down. In the beginning of August I had a miscarriage (I think due to the stress of baby daddy).. my dad was still sick and dropping weight dramatically. End of September rolls around my stubborn father finally sees a doctor and he is diagnosed with end stage cancer, 2 types of cancers to be exact.. we thought we had a couple months with him left. October comes I had to call an ambulance for him he stayed in the hospital for over a week which was a shit show that I won’t even begin to get into. He ended up going palliative care and passing by the end of October. I helped my mom pick an urn and I wrote his obituary by myself without the help of my siblings even though I asked them. And this is where I’m at now… I thought I was doing ok mentally but as time goes on it seems to get harder.. idk maybe my brain is finally letting me realize he is really gone? How does one cope with the loss of their best friend. My dad and I were so close. I told him everything he was my very best friend and favourite person. I don’t know how to live in a world without him, I don’t know how people carry on after losing a parent/child. I really don’t understand. It feels like my world is crashing around me and I don’t know how to stop it or how to help myself. I don’t know how to live in a world where he doesn’t, I’m struggling so hard to hold on and I don’t know what to do or where to go
