Hi all,
The flu has kicked my arse, so I got a cheese pizza. The only thing my body could stomach.
I am craving eggs and fish (and maybe a steak.)
I've been a vegan for 7 years, vegetarian for 5 if you're using purist criteria (meaning eggs or dairy in something or if absolutely no other options a few times a year).
I take my D3, iron, magnesium, zinc, C, and algae oil. I use iodized salt.
I tried to make my dog vegan in the beginning, and that lasted about a month. He was lethargic, low energy, etc. I refused to do that to him.
Am I doing the same thing to myself?/my husband (vegan same amount of time as myself). I hadn't considered that before.
Part of why I originally went vegan was for the animals. I had always planned on going vegetarian since highschool, but always failed.
I had a vegan coworker in my early 20s, and they constantly betrayed me for eating meat and any of my attempts to be humane. You know the type.
Sometimes I wonder if I went vegan purely because they wouldn't shut up, and I was young and was wanted to belong/they were my direct superior. I felt so guilty every day because they had to constantly pick fights with me... BUT I CONSIDERED US FRIENDS. How insane. But I have a history of abusive friendships that I've since cut off.
Same person tried to make me an atheist (I'm a Christian, and have been through too much to ever even want to leave that, but that's a different story). I'm just trying to get everything out.
Anyway, this person is in the back of my mind any time I want to stop being vegan. They had a profound impact on my life that I don't want to admit... And it was so hard for me just to have dairy.
My husband has been very supportive since the beginning. No shame. But he's not as interested in eating meat as I am, and I won't force anything on him...but I think we're both open to fish/pescatarian.
But I also kinda wanna have a steak as a f-u to that "friend"/ex-coworker and then continue on my own journey.
My first 4 years as a vegan, I was insufferable. The last 3, I've been questioning everything...
And I can't help but wonder if my mental health issues, low energy, dead sex drive, and all of the other things I read about here, can be attributed to being primarily plant-based?
Also, my body is getting nauseous from thinking about eating another bean, cube of tofu, beyond/impossible patty, nut, or seed... Heck, even peanut butter sounds awful right now...
Anybody else get the flu/COVID and not go back?
I honestly feel like I would've kicked this/COVID better if I hadn't been vegan for so long.

Power Line Communication (PLC) pulses inaudible sound and audible sound through wall outlets, ceiling light fixtures and house wiring. See the PLC wikis in targetedenergyweapons and electromagnetics.
To ascertain whether the pulsing is by PLC, or the hum or pulsing by radiofrequency, submit sound meter reports. See the Meter Apps: Sound wikis and the Meter Reports: Sound wikis.
Differentiate between the hum and PLC. The hum is produced by ionospheric heaters such as HAARP. The hum is throughout the home and yard. Evidenced by taking measurements in rooms you are not in and the yard that you are not in. Yet, the hum is louder and more vibrational when the electric water heater is on. See the hum wikis.
PLC produces inaudible sound pulsing that is pin point. PLC attacks left ear drum, BROCA'S area of the left side of the brain and the corner of the left eye. PLC can attack other parts of the body.
Ear muffs with EVA foam slightly mitigate pulsing PLC. Criva basalt and water head crate mitigate PLC pulsing from sides, top and rear but not from below. Read those posts.
Before going to sleep, throughout your home, not just in your bedroom:
(1) Unplug USB wall chargers, refrigerator, washer, floor lamps, table lamps, space heaters, blenders, crock pots, coffee makers, etc. Connect washer to an extension cord to make it easier to unplug and plug back in. Remove night lights permanently.
(2) Turn off ceiling light switches. Unplug garage door openers. Even when circuit breakers are off, a light switch that is on in one room can pulse sound to another room.
Turn off the main breaker on the electric pole. It will turn off the service drop line and electric panel. If you don't have a main breaker, install it.
Turn off all circuit breakers in electric panel. Food stays cold in refrigerator over night. Food remains frozen for over a day. 120 volt circuit breakers pulse more than 220 volt circuit breakers.
Turn off the main breaker in electric panel.
If you cannot do the above, test by camping off grid at least a mile from power lines. Do you have vibrations off grid?
People living in multi story dwellings will not be able to mitigate. Neighbors' house wiring below and above them could vibrate. TIs will need to relocate to a single story home preferably off grid.
After awakening, turn on the two main breakers. Turn on just the circuit breakers you are using. Turn them off after using them. Plug whatever you are using. Unplug after use. Reduce electricity use.
Turn on circuit breaker to water heater every other day to take a shower, wash laundry and wash dishes in hot water. Turn off immediately afterwards. Or install a gas water heater without an electric ignition.
Outlets plus. Power density of pulsing of ceiling light fixtures is less than floor lamps and table lamps plugged into outlets. Keep them unplugged. Use ceiling light fixtures and incandescent light bulbs instead. Yet, military pulses ceiling light fixtures. Therefore, install sky lights. Or reside in a greenhouse or sun room with no house wiring. Or use candles and LED warm lanterns. Cease using exterior porch light. Instead install solar motion sensors. If a night owl, become a morning person to decrease the number of hours at night using light before bedtime.

The coffee shop I ordered this at says their omelets have 3 eggs. They bake them and it looked like they use parchment paper so I donât think theyâre soaked in oil (hopefully). The little side of veggie has a drizzle of olive oil but seems very light.
Ingredients as listed on menu: eggs, barrel feta, baby spinach, jersey tomato, red onion, kalas salt, butcher cut pepper, mountain taygetos oregano

NJFOS primarily advocates for the right to keep and bear arms for our members and all New Jerseyans. Donations received through our general fund are committed to this advocacy work, which will primarily involve funding litigation, amicus briefs, etc.
However, we formed a 501(c)(4) so that we could also take a more direct role in representing our members in the political process, advocating for pro-2A legislation, opposing gun control, and endorsing and supporting pro-2A candidates and incumbents.
Donations through our general fund will remain committed to our primary litigation and advocacy strategy. However, we are creating a separate fund for our political and legislative activities.
