2025.01.29 05:43 Longjumping_Horse120 Sarms ruined my life- need advice
I started mk-677 and yk-11 in December of 2023, low dose less than 20mg of each. Within days of starting that I had a bad infection on an intestine that was completely unrelated but ended up putting me in surgery. Before this surgery I felt pretty normal physically but stopped taking as well as going to the gym(less than one week on so cold turkey no pct). During this time I started to notice some symptoms in the form of pissing everyday 20-30 (not exaggerated) times a day with urgency in small amounts. Foolishly I thought this was from the infection and that surgery would make it go away.
Fast forward to April 2024 and I recovered fully from surgery,feeling pretty normal not pissing all the time, and decided to hop on my second sarm cycle(if ya count the three days on). I used mk-677 and rad 140 in doses of 30mg and 20mg respectively. My plan was to do an 8 week cycle. At week six I had to stop due to the fact I could not complete a gym session without going to the restroom 10 times. This time I realized the sarms were the issue and immediately stopped and did some pct. It did not work.
Fast forward to Jan 2025, I can’t stop pissing and it’s not getting better. I don’t know what to do, I’ve seen the multiple urologists and general doctors; none have answers for me. They put me in 3 different meds for overactive bladder, not a single one helped for a second.
I’m a 22 year old male and this is ruining my career. I have turned down a promotion my company wants to give me multiple times as I don’t want to do training because that requires being on my feet and away from bathrooms more than my normal work. My work is very much outside and on the feet and I’m useless. I love my job and career, but this is ruining it.
HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS AND IS THERE ANY SOLUTION???

So currently I have PS Plus extra on monthly basis ending on feb 15. And as we know the PS plus sale is going on with premium at $123.50 Cad and extra at 116.24 that ends on feb 4. I want to get this yearly offer probably the premium since the price is so good, but I am not able to.
I cancelled my current plan but since it is ending on feb 15, Im not really able to buy the yearly plan. It is only allowing me to upgrade to premium for extra $1.50 for rest of 17 days and then pay regular price for premium afterwards every month.

Idk where to start really so I'll just begin here and work backwards to explain. I recently went through a breakup with someone who I was with for 3 years, this breakup has opened my eyes to many of my own problems that I am aware I have, but have never really acknowledged or accepted to be an issue until now. I'm 20 years old, never had a job, never did well in school (not meaning to gloat here) despite being a very very smart kid. I hate socialising and social situations in general, I have 0 self confidence and absolutely 0 drive to accomplish anything. I have ambition, I want to be "successful" but I just have 0 drive to take the steps to be so. I hate waking up, and I love staying up late because I know it makes tomorrow just seem further away. I have suicidal thoughts though I don't believe I would ever directly end things, I do things that effect my health like smoking but I would never be able to actually end everything due to an overwhelming feeling of guilt that would be tied to doing so. I have practically 0 relationship with any of my family due to feeling so disconnected and different from all of them, and the only person I feel I can relate to family wise is my alcoholic paranoid schizophrenic dad who hasn't even been in my life for the better part of 10 years now. I have been depressed now way longer than i wasnt, and I don't just mean the "oh I'm so sad" depressed, for the longest time before my girlfriend left I was literally unable to be happy, sad, horny or even angry. Everything just... was. But my recent breakup has just shot all the emotions back into my head, and not just the positive ones obviously, but I'm really confused on any of my own opinions on what I want to do moving forward. So my question today is do I seem like a person that therapy would be a worthy investment to, in my current situation I have absolutely 0 access to therapy, not a personal therapist anyway. And how has therapy helped with any of you that experienced any similar problems to what I'm experiencing.

2025.01.29 05:43 Ready_For_A_Change XTS or CT4?
So, I have a 2013 XTS with 178k miles. It's been a great car, but is starting to have a few hiccups so I'm looking at what else is out there. I found a 2016 XTS with 21k miles and a 2020 CT4 with 58k miles that are about the same price. Right now I'm only driving about 10k miles/year. I don't need something as big as the XTS but do like the comfort and overall feel. I've only done a short test drive of a CT4 and had no major complaints, but it didnt seem to have as smooth a ride. Any thoughts or things I should consider, in your opinion? Both have had 2 owners, no accidents etc.
