Hi Everyone!
I'm going to be making a gnome warlock on Moon Guard and I really intend to roleplay this character.
I want a lore appropriate gnome name, preferably unisex because you can change your gender in the barber shop but I'm open to any suggestions.
I dont know many gnome characters, the only one I remember is Kindey Sparkshine from Tides of War.

Hi. I saw a new orthopedic doc and he ordered a MRI of my knee at an outpatient radiology facility I had never been to. I have a rare condition and an unusual implant resulting from this. The implant is metal and most places are not familiar with it. I have the full name, serial number, etc and I have had MRIs before with it in place.
When I spoke to the tech, I told her about this and she said she had to clear it with her supervisor. She asked where I had the implant placed and I told her. She called me back a WEEK later and said everything was all set, that they had obtained my operative report from the facility that I had the surgery at. I was very surprised, as I did not give them permission to do so and did not give the hospital permission to release my records to anyone. I am not happy, because of many reasons but I was considering going elsewhere due to the poor service I had received even prior to knowing about the records.
Is this against the law or am I misunderstanding HIPAA? Thank you!!

I have never been in any relationship because I was focused on other responsibilities. Now working in IT firm, there is a girl from Delhi who used to talk to me since last year. Gradually we became friends but I never realised how she became so close to me that she started sitting next to me, talk to me more than her female colleagues, sometimes go for lunch outside and most surprising was her sharing her problems and crying on call if she felt low.
She is beautiful but has some anxiety and anger issue which she admit. I didn't thought of her like this before but now when she's not in office I feel I miss her. I discovered that I have feelings for her but I am not sure how shall I express it, will she accept it and not leak this in office gossip.
I have flirted with her in chats and conversation few times but she didn't respond inna way to make the conversation longer, so I'm confused, will it be fine to express.

I plan on getting back into climbing after a 4 year hiatus. I left off with a gnarly finger tendon injury from overtraining. This time around, I really aim to take it slower, training twice a week.
I also currently weightlift 3 times a week, running a 3 day 5/3/1 variation. I know the sentiment is you should not do both, but I really don’t want to sacrifice my strength training.
What would be the most optimal way to balance climbing and lifting? I was thinking:
Monday - Squat / Bench / Accessory Work Tuesday - Climb Wednesday - Deadlift / Overhead Press / Accessory Work Thursday - Run Friday - Squat / Bench / Accessory Work Saturday - Climb Sunday - Run
I could really use some advice from someone with experience having balanced the two.

2025.01.29 03:07 TheMoonMustBeLonely 11 weeks postpartum, had sex, and in IUD
I had C-section and three weeks in had sex with my husband. Still has light bleeding during this time. Then around 5 weeks in bleeding stopped totally. Came back around 8 weeks then bled up until the 11th week. So 3 weeks light bleeding. Is this still from post pregnancy, from sex, or from IUD?
Note that my OB knew I had sex when I was around 5 weeks and didn't react much. Haven't been back to the clinic since, and I just feel warry about the situation. Did anybody here have experienced or known this?
I really suspect this is from IUD. Don't feel anything except the bleeding. This is a non-hormonal IUD.

Howdy folks, got myself a 2010 Silverado 1500 with 4WD and the 4.8L V8. I used to own a single cab 08 with the 5.3 in it and I used to take that thing riding down trails all the time, even did a few river crossings and jumps in it. I wanna be able to treat this 2010 a little nicer but still have enough clearance to run 33s or 35s for when I inevitably take it down a few trails. So I suppose I’m askin if I should get a 2.5” leveling kit, or send it with a lift kit? If I get a lift about what size would I be looking at?
