I am an owner of a small data consultancy which helps businesses increase visibility of their operations through Power BI dashboards.
I am trying now to build an offer for transportation niche, create couple of custom reporting pages to showcase on discovery calls. So I know that TMS systems got already built-in reporting and I am wondering if businesses are willing to pay for analytics on top of that. I was working in big corporate where we had really detailed dashboards, but I do not know how it looks like for SMB TMSs.
So here's a question to community - what are the KPIs which you lack from current state of reporting? Are there some critical numbers which you'd like to see but are not present in your TMS? Example: Revenue across different cross-states lanes so you know that if you go from Texas to Washington avg rev is $X and if from Florida to Texas it's $Y.

So I grew up poor😂 it’s funny but it’s sad. Anyways, I got really blessed and now live in the US. I have a friend from Zimbabwe and when I talk to her that’s when I realize how poor I was. For example, we were talking about 2008 struggles and she was saying how things were so hard she ate macaroni everyday for breakfast😳. Guys😂 that was a luxury to us! We used to eat sadza nemufushwa (don’t know how to spell it but basically dried vegetables). Dried cabbage was a staple in my house😭😭To make matters worse we wouldn’t have cooking oil so they would just be boiled. Nyama yaive maybe once in a while and it would be machunks.
I never knew about bacon until I went to high school. It’s just interesting how life can be so different and I love hearing how others grew up because it honestly puts things into perspective for me.

A common stereotype is that women likes to vent but men don't. I find it untrue. Men just equally likes to vent, but they often try to make it interesting.
When men are venting, most of the time they will make fun of the situation or themselves, and you'll hear laughter from them or the listener. Makes the venting tolerable and not toxic
On the other hand, when women are venting, the atmosphere become heavy and they often sound sore and hate-fuled. If anyone dare to laugh it's seen as a personal insult, or at best a sign of careless.
This is my vent after hearing women in our loval gym nom-stop venting for half and hour without actually lifting a signle poind. Vent over.

Amateur photographer here, like to take snaps of birdies. Have a couple of spots that I like to go to once every week, doesn't happen as often as I would like. Almost pulled the plug on this guy but chickened out, coz it's damn expensive. There is no way I m gonna make a penny out of this selling photos. It's heavy enough that I feel I will be tired too soon.
I m thinking I might be better off getting rf 100 400 instead, cheap, light and decent enough glass.
Convince me otherwise!!

My nephew passed away at 3 months old 6 months ago. My brother’s first and only child. my first nephew. I will never compare the pain I feel to his parents. some days really just hurt so bad. my family is everything to me. I feel like I wont feel better until he has another kid. itll never replace my nephew but at least my brother and sister In law’s arms wont be empty and longing for a child. Most days im fine but some days it hits me all over again and shatters my heart to pieces. i cant even listen to certain songs without getting emotional. The day of his funeral… seeing his tiny casket was the worst day of my life. ive grieved other relatives but something about a baby just hurts on another level. theres nothing i love more than being an aunt. Idk where im going with this. its late and it feels like the whole world is sleeping and im alone sobbing and depressed. Love you forever and always my beautiful nephew..

Hello, I'm curious if anyone has had any similar experiences to what I've been dealing with, and if anyone has any advice regarding what to ask medical professionals/who to seek out/potential avenues to explore, etc.
Some background:
I've previously written my back pain history in detail on this thread: Back Pain Upon Waking? : backpain but here is a brief recap:
After a couple isolated low back pain incidents circa 2016-2017, I was told I have sciatica in 2018. In late 2019, in my early 30s, my low back pain became more persistent and seemed to be progressing. I postponed prescribed physical therapy for a year in 2020 due to the pandemic and finally took it in mid 2021, but it seemed to make my pain worse. After things got progressively worse the following two years, I started taking two Gabapentin in September 2023 after a particularly painful weekend and from then on have had very few flare ups, a reverse of the previous few years when back pain was the rule and not the exception.
Around a year later, in or around September of 2024, I started experiencing lower back pain when I woke up, which would go away shortly after I got up and started walking around. This persisted until mid-December, not long after I posted about it on this sub, along with the more detailed recap of my back pain history.
What's happening now:
Right after the lower-back-pain-when-waking experience stopped, I noticed that my left nipple felt persistently sore, starting around a week before Christmas last month. At first I thought it might be dry skin, but it seemed to be more of a nerve issue. It persisted into early January.
On January 5th I was filming with a heavy phone camera in the cold for about 30 minutes. On the 6th I felt a pain in my right shoulder blade. I assumed I strained it from filming and the cold (my left finger joints were stiffed even though I kept going inside to warm up, taking regular breaks).
That pain has progressed for nearly a month now. Scrubbing a pan made it worse, as did picking up another somewhat heavy object. The pain has gotten increasingly more intense and nothing has really lessened it much; I've tried Tylenol, Aleve, lidocaine patches, BlueMax gel, and heat. At one point my partner was massaging me, at my request, and it sort of feel like a lump depressed into my back.
It feels like bones are trying to poke out of my skin around my shoulder blade (almost like places could pop, but they don't), and the edges of my shoulder blade are very sore. Even a light touch hurts in those spots. It feels like there's a separation between parts of my right shoulder blade that isn't present on my left, which is still mostly pain free. I can see visually (and others have confirmed this) that my right shoulder seems to be drooping lower than my left.
I finally caved when the pain and discomfort kept me from sleeping (it's uncomfortable to lie down) and saw an NP in an urgent care. She diagnosed shoulder strain and gave me five days of prednisone and 5 percent lidocaine patches to be worn on for 12 hours and off for 12 hours, also for five days. Things maybe improved just slightly, but not much. The first night after taking them, my waist, legs, and left arm all ached intensely for a few hours.
I have an appointment with my GP (also an NP) tomorrow. I'm wondering what tests I should expect or even to ask for. And what questions should I ask? Based on some online searching, this seems to fit with scapular dyskenesia, though I realize self-diagnosis is iffy. Do these symptoms (and anything in my history) align with anyone else's experiences in getting back pain treated?
