Got a jet funnel kit for the expert (local deal, didn’t come with it) and was WELL worth the upgrade, wouldn’t have it without it now. Took it out shooting last weekend and was able to ring a steel plate one handed at 100 yards, I was super impressed. I don’t know if it’s because I’m sensitive or just going through some stuff with my mental health, but I’ve been constantly thinking about my husband and how grateful I am to have him in my life. The thought of being in this world without him feels so dark and scary. I lost my dad unexpectedly when I was 13, and I wonder if that’s why I have these kinds of thoughts. It’s bittersweet, but I try to stay positive and focus on the present.
Anyway, my husband is such a sweetheart. He’s always telling me how beautiful I am, how much he loves taking care of me, and how thinking about me helps him get through work. Every time he comes home, he runs straight to me with the biggest grin and gives me the tightest hug. I love him so much, and sometimes the way he loves me makes me cry (but in the best way lol).
It still feels so surreal to be this loved by someone I’m just as crazy about. Growing up, I never thought I’d find true love, but I did. We met online when we were 16, and now we’re about to turn 24. When I was 20, we spontaneously decided to get married, and I moved from the U.S. to Canada just to be with him. I left all of my family behind and I have no regrets, as they were abusive to me. So not only am I in a happy marriage, but I’m free from all the pain I’ve endured from my abusers. Now I have a happy little family of my own, except instead of kids, we have rabbits. 🐇🐰🩷

I initially booked a trip with my co worker (girl) two of us are going. Then ngayon nalaman ko na she had planned it initially with a guy co worker, pero at the time na nag bobook kami i wasn’t aware abt it. Ngayon i think gusto pa din sumama ni guy, but i find it awkward and uncomfortable, maybe inappropriate din kasi may asawa at anak si guy. And it’s an international flight for 5 days. I’ve been vocal at saying na I don’t want him on the trip, pero nagpaparinig pa din sakin na gusto niya sumama. Ngayon, i planned the whole thing na with itinerary and everything but no other gastos than the flight ticket. While planning i realized na gusto ko na lang pumunta mag isa. But the girl na kasama ko sana is mahilig magtanim ng sama ng loob. Idk how to say it na gusto ko na lang mag isa pumunta. It just doesn’t sit right with me the situation and how u can plan it with a guy coworker knowing his commitments. Am i just too malicious? Idk it doesn’t look right. So anw, sumama man yung guy or hindi i think ive lost interest sa buong trip if itutuloy ko siya kahit na si girl lang yung kasama ko. I felt awkward kasi knowing na ganon yung magiging set up nila initially. Pls help huhu.

With the current political climate in the US I’m thinking about a back up plan to practice outside the US. From my cursory review of practicing outside the US the Hospitalist model doesn’t seem to be that common in the rest of the world.
Does anyone have any experience working abroad as a Hospitalist? I know working abroad obviously doesn’t pay as well. Countries like Australia, NZ, Singapore etc don’t require US MDs to redo residency. I’m trying to optimize pay, ease of moving there, similar working experience etc. if possible. Any help is appreciated.
