So I went out and ordered a refurbished great condition...well see, note 20 ultra off Amazon. I know it's almost 5 years old but I did it for nostalgic reasons. I had one when it fist came out and I believe to this day it was hands down the best phone Samsung ever made. I just wanted to own one once again to enjoy everything this phone had to offer. Locked into Verizon 512gb for around $450us. If Samsung is going to continue this path of removing features that make us Samsung lovers stop buying note or now S series phones, I just wanted my little piece of history back for one final run. So do you think this was a dumb idea buying this phone? Let me know if you still own one and let me know how it's operating 5 years later. I know Android 13 was last major update but still has security updates. Not sure for how much longer but I'll play with this phone till it's last breath.

2025.01.30 07:01 MigsAMP0998 Is there a reason why some Post-Timeskip/3 Hopes designs don’t match their wearers’ canon classes/class routes?
I love how most timeskip and Hopes designs are personalized versions of the characters’ canon classes routes. However, not everyone seems to follow this theme, namely:
- Leonie follows the SoldieCavaliePaladin pipeline, but dresses up like a Sniper in both post-timeskip and Hopes (design cues: left shoulder plate, coattail/butt cape, quiver, prominent collaneck piece).
- Similarly, Cyril’s a Wyvern Rider, but dresses up like a Sniper.
- Ingrid’s interesting. My first impression of her post-timeskip design was that she looked like a Pegasus/Falcon Knight, just because of the “weave” covering on her abdomen. But her armor ensemble is actually closer to the Cavalier, with how well-plated it is, save for her upper arms and thighs. 3 Hopes however makes her look closer to her canon classes, the Pegasus Knight.
- Post-timeskip Hubert’s also interesting, but also kinda funny. Not much of it actually evokes the Dark Bishop’s Plague DoctoPope look, other than the colors. But somehow his vampire look was enough to instantly convey that he’s in fact a Dark Bishop 😆. On the other hand, his 3 Hopes design bears a bit more resemblance to said class, particularly the way his asymmetric cloak evokes the Dark Bishop’s gown and sash.
- Lysithea’s a bit vague to me, but her post-timseskip design strikes me as her personalized Gremory, based on its prominent collar and exposed shoulders. Her 3 Hopes design looks even less like any caster class at all, and really, it just looks unique to her.
Quite a long post for such a trivial detail 😅, my OCD brain couldn’t handle it.

I'm auditioning with voice for Berklee this week and am wondering about the improv section. I am skilled at jazz vocal improv (scatting) so no worries there, but the website only says "be prepared to play or sing over a standard I-IV-V blues progression." Will it be a twelve bar blues? Or something else? Will I not know until they play it?

Just finished S45 and I can’t get over how Katsura completely misplayed the tribal council where she convinced Jake to vote against Dee. There was absolutely no reason for her to vote Julie out there as Dee was a much bigger threat and Jake finally had a smart play ruined by Katsura in a way that ended up dooming both of them for the end.

I’ve been looking into colleges and I wouldn’t say I’m a good student I have a 3.1 gpa and haven’t took the ACT yet but on the practice ones I get around 23-25, that would get me into BHSU but I’m not sure if the college is good. Graduation rate is 37% and the only thing I’ve heard about it is it has a good science program. I want to be an English teacher when I graduate so any BHSU attendees or graduates that can shed some light on BHSU?

Will show up: If you need a picture of reliable performance and stability these players will always be found either clutching up a round or going 9-8. Hit or Miss: While they might have the potential to take over a lobby, their worrying inconsistency hurts their team significantly, especially in the biggest moments.
