2025.01.30 07:16 penis-ass-vagina Anyone ever order a 1/6 figure from 5k toys?

I preordered Limtoys Nathan Drake from them. Idk why I went with 5ktoys instead of a dedicated 1/6 retailer, pretty sure I haven't seen them sell any other 1/12 figures since. Maybe they were cheaper back then.
Anyway I'm not 100% sure they'll receive the figure in stock, and since it's so popular and selling out everywhere I may have to buy it now if I want any chance of getting it from an alternate retailer.
Although maybe I'm just paranoid because I've had a hard time hunting down some older figures recently, and three or four times I ordered from a website just for them to cancel my order after two weeks and say "oops we don't have the item in stock"

My Photography Sucks, But I'm Happy With The Model I got my knitted Spider-Man finished. It paused at some point during the night and created a line across the feet and stomach, which sucks, because I'm totally not running the print again. I'm also a little disappointed with how much I have to lower the quality in order to not have the Slicer just completely crap out. Like I think the model looks good when it has roughly 3-5 million triangles, but then I have to remesh it down to about 1.3 million triangles just to keep the Bambu Slicer from hating me. And by then the textures are severally muted and dull. But EVEN THEN, Bambu wants to simplify it even further, to get below 1 million triangles. And the other thing that sucks about that is that if you simplify it in Bambu, it undoes all of the colors that come from exporting as an OBJ instead of an STL, and I just totally can't go in on Bambu and repaint everything. Anyway! Didn't realize I had this much to say about it.

I *do* know who needs to hear this, but she isn't in a place to hear. Maybe someone else is.
I have a relative who is married to a coercive control abuser. I had hoped that she would eventually figure out what was happening and leave, but now I'm afraid she won't be able to when that time comes.
As fast as they're moving on Project 2025 stuff, I'm afraid it may not be long before it becomes almost impossible to exit a bad marriage and escape abuse.
I can't talk to her about it because she's at a stage in the abuse cycle where, even though she's unhappy, she doesn't realize it's because she's being abused. When this relationship began, we didn't know what coercive control abuse, narcissistic abuse, or love bombing looked like, or she would have never let this happen.
If you haven't. Please protect yourself by reading up on coercive control abuse and narcissistic abuse.
Once you're in, it's very difficult to get out, even without Project 2025. The abuse brainwashes the target into thinking they're too sensitive and everything is their fault, and the abuser surrounds themselves with people who will back them. The intermittent rewards from the abuser make the target addicted to the abuser. The addiction feels like limerance; all they want is to win back the love-bombing version of their abuser. The love-bombing version was fake, but they wouldn't be able to see that at this stage.
I can't help her right now, so maybe I can help someone by posting this here.

The reason for my relapse is boredom. I know, I am an idiot.
I have again finished reading allen carr, but that magic is not working anymore. Every day for the last couple of weeks,I am assuring myself that today is the quit day, smoke my last cigarette and go to sleep. The next day, I am smoking again.
