Hello everyone, I just recently finished reading the main series but I guess I'll need a reread or two just two understand everything I've missed.
One thing that nags at me is the identity of Olar Ethil. I knew her simply as a Logros clan Bonecaster, but then in Dust of Dreams, she drops this bombshell:

So did Olar Ethil:
- Exist for hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of years, and when the Imass appeared in the world, decide to do a stint as their Bonecaster
- was born as an Imass Bonecaster and later Ascended and took on the role somehow
- ...or was just outright lying because that's how she rolls?

hi. i thought id go to reddit for opinions because i tried looking it up and nothing was able to capture what i was feeling nor answer my questions.
so lately, ive been having this huge gut feeling that i’m going to die soon like it’s overwhelming. and i see posts saying it might be anxiety or the sense of impending doom but that’s where my questions start. i’m not anxious about it. it’s like i feel like i’m gonna die soon but i’m peaceful???
i don’t know if that makes sense and i don’t know if i should be worried but it’s like i’m at peace with dying and i feel like i’m going to die soon. should i be worried?

Hi everyone hopefully this will make sense and also english is not my first language so if some things suond wierd I apologize. I'm currently in therapy because I'm rellay struggling with the fact that I'm 26 and never had a relationship or even been in love. I struggle with kepping eye contact and I find social interactions stresfull because it's hard for me to predict how people will react. I mean if it is something extreme like calling someone an asshole then of course they will not remain friendly with me. Of course this is not necessarily autism it can just come from the fact that I have low self esteem and not much expierence in social settings (I mostly stay at home in my free time) but my therapist told I should look into how people with autism think about social interactions what thier expieriences/struggels are and if I see myself in that.
I thought this sub would be one of the easiest ways to get a lot of responses and if this does not fit here I apologize. Also I will be greatful if you know other resources where I could read about this .

It's hard enough to find work as it is. But when someone you have a connection with snubs you, it is a special kind of hell. We all have friends, organizations, or maybe sports teams that we deal with on a regular basis. We spend years cultivating those relationships. They know you went to art school (AUArts 4+ years) and they've seen your work. Then the day comes when they have an actual project that requires art skills and they choose someone else. How do you not take it personally and feel like it's a betrayal? Can a friendship survive something like this? Has this happened to anyone else?
