So, my period has always been somewhat heavy and has certainly been a lot heavier after having a kid.
I'm up to date on all my medical stuff and have talked it over with my OB. She recommended an IUD but I wasn't wild about it.
My period today though, the clots have been big and I've had a crampy feeling that almost feels like it's in my butt. I'm wondering if it is because when I am sitting at work, it's like the blood doesn't come out? Or, it doesn't until I stand up and usually I go to the bathroom because I know it is going to be a big gush. Today though, 3 times, I had pretty big clots. Probably the size of a key fob? Or like an ear buds case? It's hard to tell but I feel like if I was standing all day it wouldn't be this way.
I am going to call my OB and make an appt to talk about the larger clots, but I'm just wondering if it's more because the blood is pooling because I'm sitting?
TL;DR Can sitting cause larger menstrual blood clots? Should I be worried?

Hi guys. Im a y3 student from SP, graduating in May 2025. My current Cgpa is 2.99.
Im super stressed out rn as i think it is highly impossible for me to enter into a university here.
What should i do? Should i work first? Or am i still able to get into a university?
Will working first lead to a higher chance of securing a spot in uni?
I wanted to get into SUSS marketing but i dont know if i’ll make it.
I know life is not about grades but im so stressed rn. Not to be dramatic but idk if theres a future out there for me anymore w this gpa ;(.

I’ve had an absolutely frustrating experience with WHOOP, and I feel like I need to warn others.
I got a WHOOP device and initially enjoyed it during the free trial. But shortly after I paid for the annual membership (£229!), the device stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting steps they gave me—nothing worked.
So, I reached out to customer support, and they confirmed via email that they would send me a return label and issue a refund. That was weeks ago, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I follow up, I either get vague responses or complete silence.
And now, to make things worse, I opened the app today and saw that my membership is listed as expired! That’s not true—I never got a refund, which means my membership should still be active. But I don’t even have access to my data anymore!
So basically, WHOOP took my money, acknowledged the issue, promised a refund, but never actually followed through. My device doesn’t work, I can’t even use the app, and they’re ghosting me. How is this acceptable?
Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any advice on how to escalate this and actually get my refund?

i’ve been applying to uva since 2023 and have gone through 3 cycles since then trying to get in. every rejection has taught me to grow more and learn and i can say that i’ve become a way better version of myself compared to senior year.
i’m a sophomore now at gmu and im going to try one last time to get into UVA this fall transfer cycle. do you think I should explain my experience of applying multiple times in my application? what can I do to NOT get rejected… it truly is my dream school

Hello everyone. I am in a huge dilemma so please do not downvote me and I am seeking genuine advice. I am a huge noob in stock market and I am about to be married. Partner is 30, saved 15 lakhs in investment, and is trading FnO with 60000 total separately.
He wants to earn monthly 5% which means 60% in a year, and make 2.5 lakhs from 60000 in one year in FnO. He has been studying stocks since 2018, but has seriously started investing last year. He invests 60000 per month in other instruments, which will roughly remain same next few years (little bit more for inflation)
We are planning family and all, and he says he wants corpus of 1 cr in next 4 years so we can have first kid.
Please explain how is this possible through trading alone?
He says he is trading not like others do traditionally, and its pure psychology he has to trade on, but even I a noob is a having an unbelievable time to believe this.
I asked him to come with me to financial planner(not the one with commissions) and he said NO because they will only say "put here, put there" and they will say that his trading wont work. Now I know some financial planners are CA, and have some experience but I dont understand.
I also dont have a budget to start to have a kid at the most 50 lakhs to have one but he has this goal post because he beleive he can do it with trading alone.
What is the solution? Am I being taken for a ride?

In SMILE, preoperative manifest refractive spherical equivalent (MRSE) and spherical power (both p=0.02) were significantly higher in the NCP compared with the non-NCP group. In LASIK, NCP eyes had a significantly lower corneal nerve fibre length (CNFL) (p=0.02), lower nerve fractal dimension (p=0.003), higher nerve fibre width (p=0.04) and larger neuroma area (p=0.04) than non-NCP eyes. In SMILE, higher preoperative MRSE was a significant risk factor for postoperative NCP (95% CI: 0.48—1.96, p=0.04). An MRSE greater than −8.0 diopter was 9.57 times more likely to develop postoperative NCP (OR=9.57, p=0.002). In LASIK, lower preoperative corneal nerve fibre density (95% CI:0.13—1.11, p=0.05) and CNFL (95% CI:0.09—1.25, p=0.05) were significant risk factors for postoperative NCP. Significant increases in tear nerve growth factor, calcitonin gene-related peptide, Frizzled class receptor 7 and nucleoside-diphosphate kinase three were observed in postoperative NCP.
