(Disclaimer: I am in chapter 13 bankruptcy, they approved me to sell my current home and buy my new home and whatever is leftover after closing I split 50/50 with the trustee. If however I don't buy another house after selling the home, I lose all the money from the sale.)
I am selling my current house and went under contract and got my underwriting and closing date for the new home. But because of the title company is requiring a 14 day grace period, the closing date had to be pushed back 1 week - at which point the seller agent tells me for the first time "That might be hard because the home is in probate and needs court approval for the change" (original owner died without leaving the home to anyone specific in the will).
I went back and checked my contracts and disclosure agreement that I signed and none of them mention the home sale is contingent on probate court.
Now less than 2 weeks before closing I might lose this new house, and consequently all the money in my home sale.
Is there legal action I should be taking for damages? This has costed me several thousand dollars just to get to this point that I cannot get back.

This was good. I have made it before. Pretty much the same recipe. I always MAKE IT MY OWN…..by adjusting ingredients. 4.5 teaspoons of Better Than Boullion is too much for this 6 cups of water. I always cut this back. Not only for the sodium, but I want the meat flavor, not chicken broth flavor. I also deglazed the pan with 1/2 beer. I had no radishes, avocado, or cilantro so made do with cabbage and onions. All good. Make it your own.

I have a Status labeled "Scheduled" for my support team. I have been able to get the SQL to display each action taken that went from Scheduled to a different action.
Now im trying to figure out how much time the agent took.. I know the times are not accurate as its just the amount of time it takes for the agent to move it from status Scheduled to a different status.
What im looking for instead is to figure out the Time recorded total for the ticket.
For some reason, it is omitting the seconds from this table and only displaying 0:HH:MM instead of HH:MM:SS in the table.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on implementing the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) Algorithm in Verilog for an FPGA, targeting the minimization of a 10-dimensional sphere function. So far, the implementation works, but I’m running into a precision issue during fitness value calculations.
The fitness value is calculated using the formula: Fitness = 1 / (1 + f(x))
The problem is that the precision of the fitness value seems limited. For example, when the fitness value reaches 0.99999988079071, the next improvement jumps directly to 1.0. As a result, the function doesn’t get minimized beyond a magnitude of 10-13.
I’m currently using Vivado’s Floating Point IPs with 32-bit single precision for all arithmetic operations. The only solution I can think of is switching to double precision, but that would require significant changes to the design.
So, are there any alternative ways to improve the precision that I might be missing ?
