I have DCM/heart failure and overweight. Lost about 35 lbs initially from when I was first diagnosed in 2022. I’ve since gained about 10 lbs back.
My doctor mentioned to me at my last checkup that Zepbound has been proven to be beneficial for people with HfPrEf. I actually have the medicine here but am nervous to start considering the cocktail of heart failure meds I’m currently on.
Anyone have experience with Ozempic/Wegovy or Mounjaro/Zepbound?

Page does have a sitemap and it is submitted, all articles do align with seo—pages were indexed without any issue; but the past few weeks have been off, some articles seem to be removed, any ideas why the sudden change?
Google search console does have a updated robot.txt, and again sitemap, pages were indexed always Indexed for months now, now a few are in the following areas under “page indexing”.

Of course I expect them to be garbage, but there's an unusually high number of positive reviews with pictures and purchases. So just curious, anyone actually tried them?
I have been putting off getting a smart watch because of the prices but at that price I'm almost willing to gamble. At least until I know what I want out of an expensive one.
I couldn't care less about health and fitness tracking. I am just getting tired of pulling out my phone to deal with notifications. And it would be nice to see the time. That's it.

 | First attempt at painting a mini in about 20 years. Started off as black legion but very quickly got bored of painting that… so went with word bearers and im enjoying it! Need some suggestions though for better reds or washes to darken the reds down to proper scarlets/wine colours! Once i get it darkened down i will try some edge highlights etc. Going to pop into warhammer tomorrow and pick up some more paints, need a good bone colour too. She starts purring and sometimes even calls me to the feeder so we can eat together. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal, or should I be concerned and try to break this habit? But it's really hard for me to say no to her... She can eat alone; it's not like she only eats when I'm there.
