I bought the S24 ultra, in natural titanium colour just 10 days before the launch of the s25 ultra. I love this Phone (upgraded from an S22 ultra, had the fold 5 before that, but switched because of a display issue). I'm now kinda bummed that I didn't wait for the s25 ultra. I do use the Spen a lot for work. Quick notes. And screen off memo. I don't use the Spen Bluetooth that much other than the occasional picture taking functionality from afar. I bought this phone for around 930 dollars. The good news is even if I went with the trade in with samsung, I would be Getting a 900 dollars trade in value for this Phone(almost the same price i paid) . But would have to pay the extra 400 for the s25 ultra. What do you guys think I should do? Go for it?

The total number of forces that is to be counted remain within South Vietnam is to be 100,000 troops in total. Yet, the PLAF have been pushed out of South Vietnam's Military Region III, Quįŗ£ng Trį» province is to be fully demilitarised, while Military Region IV remains a patchwork of NLF redoubts and militia forces that causes issues for force calculations for everyone on all sides (That is before we get into the dubious nature of the application of the ceasefire terms for deep NLF redoubts within South Vietnam).
As such, the main (and only) force the PLAF needs to withdraw to comply with the terms of the treaty would be the massive force of 8 infantry divisions, some 4 artillery regiments, and 2 armoured regiments that it held within Quįŗ£ng Trį» Province. US satellite reconnaissance would indeed see a drawdown of forces north of the Thįŗ”ch Hįŗ£i river, although at least 3 of the Steel and Iron divisions would maintain forward defensive positions on the riverline until the deadline at which the Treaty would come into effect, as a possible deterrent against potential ARVN incursions across the river line.

I had an emergency appt on Wednesday for tooth pain. Very back molar, bottom right. It needs to come out so I have an extraction scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) morning. Today Iāve noticed what I assume to be a gum cyst (I think from googling). Do I need to call the dentist now and tell them or am I good to wait until my appt tomorrow morning? Still in pain but Iāve been in pain for over a week now so basically used to it.

I filed with FreeTaxUSA. I lived in Missouri until mid June and in Illinois the rest of the year. I work for the same company that is located in Missouri, so they withhold my taxes for Missouri.
When I filed it asked me what my āMissouri amountā and āIllinois amountā is.
Am I to calculate the income I earned while living in Missouri and while living in Illinois based on the number of weeks I was a resident in each state?
When it asks me my āMissouri amount,ā is that supposed to be 24 weeks worth of my income since I lived there for 24 weeks??

2025.01.30 21:42 CrispyBegs Problem with Syncthing-fork on Odin 2 - why is it not working?
I use syncthing across 5 devices on my network (a mix of linux, android & mac) and it all works perfectly.
I just got an odin 2 and installed syncthing-fork so it could join in on the syncing fun for ROMs etc, however, when trying to add a device the odin only discovers two devices, and only one of them with a direct connection as normal. This what the odin sees (forgive the IP redactions)

I tried the other way around, adding the odin from another syncthing instance but the connection was refused and no handshake appeared on the odin. I tried copying the device ID from one fo the servers and typing it into syncthing, but just keep getting a message saying the device ID must be correctly formatted, but with or without dashes I get that same message, so no luck there.
I tried changing the address from dynamic to tcp://ip:port but also no luck, and i can't save the device set up anyway since it says the device ID is incorrect (it isn't).
So it seems the Odin is having issues negotiating my network somehow. I've been through all the settings and can't find anything that affects its behaviour.
Any ideas how to fix this? Never happened before. I run syncthing-fork on an android phone that backs up to a server without any issues, so it seems to be a problem specifically with the odin.

If anyone has any advice or wisdom to impart I would really, really appreciate it.
Iām 23 years old living in Canada and, due to the 2 gap years post high school and course registration problems, Iām basically just starting to get into the meat of computer science now. That means I still have another year or two of university to go.
Since I was young Iāve always loved learning and working on computer science related problems. Throwing myself into projects and spending hours immersing myself in code (albeit not very complex and I didnāt know what I was doing half the time) has always been very therapeutic and satisfying to me. Once I start itās difficult to stop. However, Iām debating whether or not Iām truly cut out for this field as a career.
Iāve never excelled at math related subjects and computer science seems to require the same style of thinking. In math related subjects, getting stuck on simple problems and falling behind in lectures has been a pattern all throughout high school and university. I used to chalk it up to not applying myself hard enough but even after doing so these past few years, the struggles persist.
I now am starting to believe I simply donāt think fast enough, or lack the short term memory capacity to work out logical problems efficiently compared to others, and am unsure Iāll ever appear as a valuable asset to an employer.
Even if I build up my CS knowledge overtime, Iām most worried about the fact that I canāt ever see myself being quick enough to say, answer a semi-complex question live during an interview or explain something to a colleague when Iām not focused or āin the zone.ā It just feels like the mode of thinking required to be an efficient programmer doesnāt come naturally to me, yet I still enjoy learning about it.
Iām honestly terrified because while most people are finishing/already finished their degrees at my age, I havenāt even gotten into the meat of my major yet. I feel like if Iām going to pick a different direction in life it has to be now.
