Hey, I am sorry if it's a weird question, but on my old phone I had, I had turned on this thing where even though the volume bar comes up after you change the volume, you would still be able to change the track.
It's that weird settings bar that has the multi volumes thing on it that comes up every time you change the volume. When it comes on screen, it disables my ability to skip tracks for a few seconds which is really annoying because I accidentally hit it a lot. Is there a way to make the volume bar either not come on at all or can you tell me how to bypass it like I did last time when I could just switch tracks even when it was on?

I would love nothing more then to be held by a woman and cuddled as I lay in this empty hotel room, and feeling like a panic attack is near.
I got evicted and my aunt and uncle are helping me live in another place but it's not ready till the first so I have to say in this room until late tomorrow. I am so anxious and stressed even though I don't need to be as my aunt and uncle are paying for everything. I still have to find a life in this body before I become to much of a husk to do anything. I can't sleep much even though I was up for 38 hours and only slept 4 due to this stupid hotel room alarm clock. I just need to be held and told I'm going to be ok, I'm only a 19 year old guy and I can feel myself breaking down, I came bairly keep my eyes open even as I type this but I still can't sleep.

Am I the only one who has the worst imaginable luck when I actually SAVE for a character? I've never had good pulling experiences when I actually saved pulls, and remembering that is scaring me because I'm saving for Aglaea in hsr.
For example, in hsr, I saved for Blade, lost 50/50. Saved for Fugue, lost 50/50 as well.
In genshin, Hu Tao's first banner, saved, lost. Her second banner, saved, lost. Zhongli's first run, saved, lost. Furina banner, saved, lost. Alhaitham first banner, saved, lost. Arlecchino and Clorinde banner, saved as best as I could, lost. Kinich, saved, lost, then lost again on his weapon. Mavuika, saved, lost, also lost on her weapon.
It's a curse that continues to haunt me

I'm a 38 year old male. I've been working diligently on my physical health the last 8 years or so.
I noticed symptoms of low T about 4-5 years ago (lack of libido, low energy, brain fog and trouble recovering from workouts).
This progressively got worse. (I've seen 4 endocrinologists and a bunch of other doctors plus done a bunch of reading/researching).
I've made a lot of improvements in sleep, diet and lifestyle factors since then and have also been pursuing supplementation and pharmaceutical options.
About 6 months ago my free T was 6.8ng/DL which is about the lowest it's ever been on a test. I was (reluctantly) prescribed TRT by my doctor.
I've since decided not to go on TRT until I've exhausted every other option, however, I have the prescription just sitting there.
My main goal is to have more energy, be able to recover much faster and therefore be able to train more (weight lifting, BJJ and swimming).
I am considering doing a mini cycle of test to see how I respond to it, and whether or not it's something I want to pursue further in the future.
I have 3 boxes totalling 30ml of TESTOSTERON Depot PANPHARMA 250 mg/ml (Test E) plus HCG and Arimidex.
As my main goals are muscle gains and to train harder at BJJ should I just look to follow a TRT protocol for 3 months and see how I respond?
Or should I look to increase the dosages to say 250-300mg per week and then cycle off afterwards with HCG?
Any thoughts, comments or concerns are welcome.

Hopefully this doesn’t sound wrong, but it just bothers me when a good 60% of the posts I see about him are “Imagine what he could’ve achieved…” or “Here’s this morbid fact about his death that probably shouldn’t have been released to the public! So sad!” This is mostly on TikTok, but it just feels like a lot of people reduce him to his death and this tragic figure when he was so much more. I wish there was less emphasis on what he could’ve done and more on what he did do, because there’s no way to change the past.

I mean I get everyone doesn't love his Spider Man (though I think that is also overhated) but there is this negative stigma with Holland, for some reason. Like that he gets cast in everything, which is blatantly false, and basically comes from the awful Uncharted move (Which he wasn't even terrible in, just a bad movie overall).
But he is clearly a talented actor, and while the marvel stuff isn't outstanding, even there he has shown range. But he also has done smaller projects where he has begun to branch out of his Marvel shell, where again he has shown some of his talent.
I'm not saying he is some all time great actor, but the negative stigma around his casting doesn't make much sense, especially when he has also proven to be successful at the box office.
