I got referred to Telus by a friend on last black friday for mobility, and I referred two more people to Telus on boxing day. So this morining I got an email saying my credits are applied and I thought it will be applied over 10 months but myTelus app shows a credit of -$125? is I assume its just a one off now then?

 | Picked these two up today from Royal Heights pharmacy who made it incredibly easy to collect. Had my appointment with Cannaplus this morning and within 30 minutes of the consult I had an email from Royal Heights saying that my product was ready. Smell of the Indica is quite fresh with a little hint of pine. Smell of the sativa also quite fresh smelling but in a different way, smells more like a garden, quite floral. Might sound weird, but the sativa is giving me the smell of spring vibes. The buds are quite well sized however I don’t really care about the size. The sativa is slightly flaky and the Indica is spongy. Will probably give one of these a go later today and will likely add another post on effects later on. Big thanks to Royal Heights and C+. Hey there, so, I reduced my choices to these teo, the K5 Pro will cost me $200 and the K7 will cost me $250, I don’t need the 4.4mm balanced port since I dont have a balanced cable and Im not interested on getting one, so…
-Can you really tell a difference between these two for sound quality? Ive seen many people say that a lot of things change when using different dac / amps, but also have seen many people say you wont hear a difference from your apple dongle to a K7.
-how better will these ones be comparing them to my 3.5mm port on my Macbook Pro 2012?
I will use them with Edition XS and HD 540 Reference II, I dont have the Hifiman yet, but the Sennheiser ones lack some volume when using my macbook pro 2012, tho If use apple music pre amp volume is perfect, tho it adds some distortions on heavy sub bass songs mainly, will this distortion be erased with these amp / dac?

I recently opened an AMEX HYSA, and everything was smooth at first. Signing up was easy, and I had no problems depositing money. That all changed when I needed to withdraw funds. I got an email telling me to call them with no explanation , and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, they informed me I needed to send an affidavit of identity, which could only be faxed or mailed. This requirement was never mentioned when I opened the account or deposited my money.
After faxing the affidavit and waiting another 45 minutes on hold, they told me the notary I used didn’t have the right stamp, meaning I had to start the process over. I understand the need to confirm identity, but the way they handle it feels deceptive. There’s no warning when depositing that you’ll need an affidavit to access your money later. On top of that, the customer service rep casually told me that depositing more money wouldn’t be an issue—only withdrawals are restricted like this as if I’d want to deposit more money that I can’t access. When I asked if I could close the account and have the money sent to my linked bank account, they said no.
As soon as I can get a second affidavit done, I’m closing the account. I get that there might be regulations behind this, but AMEX should at least provide a clear disclaimer or require verification before deposits. This whole situation just feels shady to me.

I’ve been wearing my whoop for just over 30 days and it’s been great.
However, the clasp seems pretty flimsy to me. I sadly receive a faulty one originally and whoop had to send out a new one. But thankfully that was resolved quite quickly.
However, as someone who climbs fairly regularly, I recently found myself missing a hold and bashing my arm into the wall which caused the band to come off. And it’s the same part of the clasp which doesn’t seem to connect properly again…
I was hoping I would be able to buy the boxers or some other clothing accessory to get around this problem. But they never seem to be in stock? Admittedly I’ve not had the watch long but they’re not sold anywhere else and it’s really annoying.
Does anyone know if those products will restocked or if they are just phasing them out?

2025.01.30 22:20 nicegirl2739 Seller refunded me 2 months ago. Today eBay sent an email that my package was delivered
i ordered a long sleeve top around thanksgiving. my tracking number was created around an hour later so i was pretty excited! weirdly, the package was never actually scanned by usps but it was break anyway... over a week later, the seller messaged me, apologizing because they couldn't find the item and they'd refund me immediately. i got a full refund from paypal like 15 minutes later and it was no big deal so i forgot about it
but this morning ebay sent an email saying my package would be delivered today...? the package i was refunded for because the seller lost the item. i checked the usps tracking number and apparently its been in transit for a few days now. i was also fully refunded, shipping included- i didn't know my tracking number would still be usable? i never got any messages from the seller. and the package actually didn't come at all even though my tracking number says its delivered. usps says it was left at the front dooporch at 1. but i got another different package today too and it was left in the mailbox at 2. i don't know why a package containing a long sleeve top would need to be left at the door step...?
i tried looking online but i only saw posts about buyers receiving their package after it was declared lost. is there anything i need to do?
in the end i'm just really confused and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas or theories as to how/why this happened..?? has this ever happened to anybody else?

I have the ability to declare my position as a lobbyist on these wretched bills, and speak on the bills as a lobbyist, and ultimately, annoy these Reps and Sens... as a lobbyist. It's the most fun I've had during this apocalyptic heckscape we've been living in.
I also have a list of bills I'm tracking on my account.

Look, the session is only 3 weeks in, with Monday being the start of week 4. We've got a few more months of awful.
So I need group think and am casting a WIDE net for folks over Iowa on what THEIR legislative priorities are, because as contradictory as this sounds, I actually care about YOU, unlike your locally elected politician. I'm not a heartless politician, I'm a political nerd whose doing this for the LOLZ.
Back to the topic. This is just the start of the awful, it's going to get worse before it gets better. So if there is a bill that you are concerned about and what me to look into, PLEASE tell me!
