 | My run with pneumonia. Started off with a fever, everything in my body hurting, shaking and sweating profusely. Went to a freestanding ER, ran a bunch of swabs nothing came back. They told me if I got worse to come back, I rode it out for 4 days until I woke up and my fever was 105.6, Tylenol nor ibuprofen would keep the fever away for more than a couple hours, I felt dizzy and out of it. Went to the hospital, they eventually did an x/ray after listening to my cough which revealed pneumonia, they later on did a CT scan due to concerns about the fluid in my lungs and potentially needing a thoracentesis, which then revealed fluid around my heart, and my spleen was enlarged. ER doctor thought it was Covid pneumonia because it looks very much the same, but they Covid tested me again, and it was negative. It’s been around 5 months and I still don’t feel completely myself. I have asthma now, and SAD (small airways disease) which I’m pretty sure could be beginning stages of COPD, I’m always short of breath no matter what I do. Hi there! So I almost exclusively use the Goodreads app on my iPhone. This is because I am blind and I have trouble with my hands.
So I use touchscreen because it’s easier, and I use a screen reader that reads out loud the text and buttons on the screen.
I’ve tried looking at the website but there is so much stuff that it is confusing.
Is there a way that I can see the request I have waiting for my friends? Like if someone sends me a friend request where can I go to see on the mobile app? I can see my current friends, and the people I’m following. But I can’t see the requests?
On the same note, how can I see how many followers I have?
Thanks for any help! Also if you have any hidden tips and tricks for the iOS app, such as adding very specific genres to my likes on my profile, or finding different lists such as books with disabilities, how can I do that?

I just have the feeling and noticed that it becomes more popular because I recently heard of two friends who got their sons circumcised and a friend told me her boyfriend got circumcised too. I also had an unexpected situation when a girl asked randomly about it when we had a first date. I was rather surprised about that question. Does it matter that much to girls? Is this just a coincidence or does it really get more common in general? Maybe you as nurses know more about this "trend".

Basic Stats - Gender: Male - Height: 6'2" - Chest: roughly 52" - Shoulders: roughly 21-22 inches - Current Weight: 325ish lbs - Target Weight: 225-235 lbs
I picked that target because thats the last time I remember myself being able to do what I wanted to physically while still being solid.

I've had MGD/blepharitis/severe dry for about 9 years. I've noticed that one eye consistently tends to get more blocked before my 3-4 month expression (per my optometrist). This eye also has lashes grow straighter, the worse it gets; to the point where it will undo an eyelash curler's effect, heated or not, with or without mascara. I use vital tears, take fish oil supplements, do a heated eye mask for ten minutes every night followed by blinking exercises and light finger rolling outside in towards glands, then hydrochloric acid eye spray, and occuscrub every morning. Literally all the things, and still one eye just grows straight lashes (and no, it didn't use to be like this).
Every once in a while when I have been able to avoid taking an antihistamine for several months (only when absolutely necessary, like to breathe and sleep if I'm really sick), they'll start growing a little curved again and won't fight the eyelash curler. I doubt anyone has any solutions, but I just need to know for my own sanity: has anyone else noticed this??
