 | I finally got to try out MaiMai DX at a test location! It was so cool to finally try out the “washing machine game.” 😅 There were 4 cabinets (2 on each side of a portion of the arcade floor). Since my favorite rhythm game is Muse Dash, I tried to find songs that were also in that game, so Touhou stuff, songs from Cytus II, some Miku songs, and funnily enough, some MaiMai songs that I first heard from a Muse Dash collab. I’m not that great at these games, so the charts at difficulty 7 or 8 felt just right to me. 2025.01.31 01:20 megaxmeister I just bought the xf 16-55mm mark II. Do I still need the 18mm f1.4 prime lens?
I’m going on a trip for a wedding and since I’m a beginner, I’m going to build up my portfolio. I’m also going to do tropical island living for a week so I have plenty of materials to work with. Do I still need the 18mm 1.4 if I already got the mark 2? I’m working with an XT5.

Hi! I came to Melbourne a year ago on student visa but sooner I realised the truth of glamourised version of International Students life here. I understand everyone has to get through struggles in life, but here it's something else, like a constant loophole of urgency and stress that's almost impossible to overcome or manage, no social life, not much time or energy for self care in sense of spirituality, always on rush, constantly chasing for something but still can't find anything, this places drains people out and eats their energy and enthusiasm for life. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you're really ready for it.
In terms of Money it's good. But only when compared to NRS. Here, no matter how much someone earns, mostly internationals, it'll all be spend here in expenses unless invested in stocks that fluctuates like Melbourne weather stability.
So, moving back home, with a new hope, gratitude for the life and my loved ones, grateful for everything that this life had to offer, enthusiasm to live the life to fullest and more.
Overall, it's an amazing experience to be here and my family have always been very supportive but if you have to take loans and all to go abroad for study, I really don't recommend. But, even if you decided on going, be really prepared for it all. It's a crazy world out here.
I would definitely say, I lived a better life here in comparison to most international people in a year of living in Melbourne. A bit rough edges here and there, only problem was I was losing me, drained, no excitement for life, just chasing money that's never enough for some reasons but I never limited myself to anything, always got me what I want, travelled where I could and took care of me like I should, so I'm doing this, leaving Melbourne for me and my loved ones.
All I would say to every International Student anywhere around the world is trust yourself, love yourself, surround yourself with love, ground yourself with gratitude and do what you know is right for you and people you care for. Do good for yourself but never on the expense of hurting others. Live, love, laugh, explore and experience life as it is.
So, if anyone's travelling to Nepal from Melbourne, I'm happy to pay a bit of amount if someone could help me with taking my stuffs back home❤️

Hi guys,
I've had my fair share of problems with this game so far but this one is new. I played roughly 2k hours on this system and always played on 1920x1080.
After reinstalling steam and rust to fix a separate issue, I can no longer play on 1920x1080 since everything blurs. Once I switch to 3200x1800 everything looks fine but my frames drop by a lot.
Does any1 know what the issue here could be?

2025.01.31 01:20 voltrate How can I help an autistic child focus on school work and want to learn?
I babysit/ tutor a 12 year old boy with autism. Whenever we sit down to do homework he will simply just sit there and refuse to or will get distracted very easily and we barely get any work done. As someone with diagnosed ADHD I fully understand that some people don’t learn the same as others however I feel like I’ve literally tried everything and I feel horrible that I can’t help. I’ve tried to give him fidget toys while we study but he’ll only ever focus on the toy and completely tune me out which is counterproductive. I’ve also tried giving him breaks in between homework after either a certain number of questions or an amount of time but after the breaks he’s even more unwilling to do his work. I’ve tried giving him even longer break times but we simply do not have the time in the day. It can take him 10+ minutes just to finish one flashcard. He’s currently in 7th grade so he has a decent amount of homework everyday. I’ve tried engaging him in the topics by relating them to his personal interests but that also doesn’t work. I’ve also tried using more visual aids. I’ve also been teaching him how to make food for himself so he can do it whenever I’m not with him and that is going great. He actually loves learning how to use the air frye microwave. I’ve also been teaching him other practical skills like cleaning etc. and we don’t have this issue. So this is really just a school specific issue. He’s a really smart kid and he just recently made the honor roll at school! The only way I’ve ever gotten him to focus for more than 30 seconds is to be VERY stern which I don’t like because 1. he seems to get nervous and tense and 2. it also makes me uncomfortable. I really want to help him succeed and I love him very much. Please if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey guys and let me thank you in advance. I know absolutely NOTHING about Mac computers so I'm looking for some advice. A client needs me to develop some stuff for the Apple Vision Pro and is going to provide me with a Mac to compile with... he showed me an image of an m4 Pro and the computer was like palm sized and I said I was very unsure. It has 48gb of "unified?" memory with a 20 core GPU and a 14 core CPU. I have no idea what that equates to in Nvidia speak and am hoping someone here can help me.
He also offered me an M2-something with a 76 core GPU but he said it was very expensive for him to do that. I don't want him to over spend but I want to make sure that I can do my job.

See the screenshots for examples. My goal is to have 3 USB Logitech headsets with each microphone configured as an input, and each headphone configured as an output to allow 3 people to talk and hear each other. Then take the voicemeter output and use it in OBS. I am able to configure 2 headsets successfully. When I configured the third, one of two things happen: - All 3 hardware inputs go red - The last selected hardware output goes red I have tried setting all the inputs and outputs in windows sound to non exclusive use.
