So, me and my girlfriend started playing a few months ago. We started exactly as the winter update popped in.
I was wondering about the new update that is coming next week. Is all the stuff they teased most of the things we are going to get. Or is there likely to be a lot more that we will have to discover.
Basically I wanna know if I should expect what they've shown period, or if I should expect way more to discover. Whether it be new food recipes, new plants to grow etc...
Just in general I wanna know what to expect from a major update, since I have yet to experience one.

Hi all, looking for advice on how to force our in-network provider to submit a claim to insurance.
Background: My husband and I (gay couple) are undergoing IVF with an egg donor and gestational carrier. My insurance (BCBSNJ) explicitly covers IVF with donor eggs and embryo transfer with prior authorization (PA). The clinic was aware of this and still never requested PA before starting treatment.
Now, they’re claiming it’s “not covered,” refusing to submit to insurance, and billing us for a self-pay IVF package (~$40K). Every time we call insurance, they confirm: ✔ It is covered with PA. ✔ The provider never requested PA. ✔ The provider must submit to insurance before we can appeal.
The clinic refuses to submit, they have called provider services (after treatment was complete) and tell us none of its covered and we need to pay the full price. They change their story every time (“not covered,” “donor isn’t on your plan,” "because you're using donor eggs" “you don’t meet the fertility criteria,” etc.). I’ve escalated this to our insurance broker, who confirmed that if the clinic just submits, it should be approved or if its denied, we can submit an appeal. My broker talked to management at my insurance company who said that the clinic must be confusing provider services for utilization management and needs to call UM for authorization now. Clinic refuses.
What Can We Do?
- Can we legally force them to submit?
- Can we submit the claim ourselves?
- Would filing a complaint with the state insurance commissioner (NJ) help?

TLDR: Telus wants to enter the hardware market but fails to meet software requirements through their new SmartHome+ App.
Telus originally provided an exceptional service through their first smart home app which has a 5 star rating. Now they want to enter the hardware market and have misinformed users in order to force them into downloading their new SmartHome+ App which only works with Hardware Cameras Mode ICF for indoors and Model OCF for outdoors. The original app only works with Alarm(dot)com cameras. Originally, Telus had a deal with that company to integrate their Telus Security Program with it. However, due to internal costs and conflicts. They have now switched to a cheaper model without informing the end users. As part of my contract, I was under the impression that I would be receiving the same service as provided in the original SmartHome App which works flawlessly. Now I have been misinformed and the new app doesn’t recognize my existing plan and backend code is mediocre.
Luckily, my original SmartHome App works flawlessly, but only with one camera. My original alarm(dot)com one which I am paying for through my Telus Plan. I should’ve bought that camera online instead of trusting Telus to give me the same cameras. Now I’m the one with the short end of the stick. Trying to figure out what in the world the last update on the SmartHome+ app was even about. It doesn’t work.
