2025.01.31 02:02 theJman3600 Why is my printer printing so slow?
So I have a Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro and I use Orca-Flashforge as my slicer. I had version 1.3.0 and have had no problems with it at all. But today version 1.3.1 came out so naturally I updated it. Now when I tried printing the max speed it prints is 26 mm/s. All of the settings look the same as Ive always had it so im not sure what I can change so it can print at the speed it used to. Any help please?

Recently, Mob Entertainment released Poppy Playtime Chapter 4. After doing a lot of analizing, I managed to found a lot of clues that push the narritive foward. Here's all the lore related things that can be found:

2025.01.31 02:02 daichisan Learning how to proxy
Just tried it today and got blew up by their jgl and top every time whilst losing my lead xD Just wondering how you guys setup/decide to proxy. I'm guessing if you have a bounty the tempo and XP lead gained isn't worth it, but in general, do you guys only proxy when you're sure jgl isn't on your side or do you have a ward already placed?

2025.01.31 02:02 Sillieranimal2 Suggestions on how to improve the game a bit
So far the game's pretty decent for being early access however there are a few major hiccups I'm finding with the design and "intended play style".
Trade and the economy: So far the Economy is abysmal. From luck of the draw you can start off in an area with high food potential or high economic potential, or neither (my first ever game I had berries and low fertility). The idea is that if you start off with a rich resource like iron or clay, but low fertility and no rich food you should beeline iron production and start selling iron slabs to jump start your economy and buy food, however selling iron is like, 4G and buying a single loaf of bread is like 14G, which is actually insane. Yes you can take a perk for it but thats creating a problem then making a solution to the problem you made. From a single piece of iron ore I should be able to trade at least 1 loaf of bread for it, maybe 2. From a metal ingot I should be able to buy 3-5 loafs of bread. Also you have to buy trade routes? All trade routes should be open from the beginning so you can make a profit early on and later on once you make enough money, THEN purchase a trade route so you can optimize your trading and put families that are needed else where. Then there is Region trading, look, its early access they are still adding things so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, however, why didnt they just make it a CART Station with Surplus programming. If you get a new region it shouldnt take the same time to get up and running as your capital, all you need is a Cart Station in the capital saying "Deliver X amount of goods to Y until surplus reaches X" in game I am lord of both regions, if I say to deliver enough planks of wood to the new town, that new town better have its fucking planks by the end of the month or heads will roll, its an incredibly simple task. Also have an option to either buy or build a cart its not hard.
Standardized Building sizes: I like having the option to build pastures, fields, and houses to mold around the land, however I would also like to have by default, a template size for fields and houses. The 4 point tool is useful, however it would be incredibly handy to have 4 options when selecting the house building. For example: When selecting the house option, above the icon a small bar with 3 options should roll out of it, the first option is the most optimized single house with no backyard and no second building, the second option above it should be a house and second building, and the third option should be a house, second building and backyard, cause as of this moment there is no reason to have any of a houses 3 features be any bigger than the standard. Also when you initially click on the house icon the default layout is the 4 point creator. And with fields just have a standard half morgan, 1 morgan 2 morgan field selections along with the 4 point creator like with houses.
More information: In general there is not enough information in the game to explain how things work, its early access, I know. Just in the future I would like information boxes over things if you're curious on what they do like lets take Church families for example, no where in the game says that church families only really do work if there is a death, and even if there is no family in the church it still gives a buff to approval. Or in a farmhouse how many morgans a single family can take care of, and when you get the plow perk, it changes to display how many morgans a family AND ox can manage.

2025.01.31 02:02 Agent_Andy007 Bobbed my Vstar - Relatively easy and recommended for beginners
For context I bought my bike bone stock but fairly crisp in terms of wear and tear. Paint looked good, no scratches or dents, ran great. I've had it for several years now and since it was my first motorcycle im going to keep it as long as I can because someday I'd like to sit my possible future offspring in the saddle and give them their first taste of riding the exact same way I did years ago. But I have gotten tired of the dated styling of the Vstar classic and now I want it custom, sleek, and stylish. My mods include: -Fender delete, front and rear -Fork clean up (removed turn signals and bracket with LED headlight with integrated signals) -JSlam rear lower (see pictures with red and green reference lines) -Rear bobber fender with color matched (ish) paint -Side mount running light and plate holder -Turn signals in rear LED swap -Diode kit in dash for 4-way flash fix -New Grips Very soon to be mods (Last photos): -Vstar specific solo seat base plate and Harley Panhead style Biltwell solo seat -Chrome 2" rise tracker bars to replace current ill-fitting bars of the same type (they have indents for sportster wiring the prevents the throttle tube sliding all the way on without binding up) -Front Fender (TBD) -Bar-end mirrors if I can make it work with the new grips All of these mods can (and were) done in barely more than a week after work. The only skills involved were bolt removal, common sense, and forum researching for common practices. If you need tools Harbor freight has them. You could probably take this entire bike apart with very basic tools like a Philips head screwdriver, a metric set of sockets and wrenches, and a metric Allen wrench set. Im choosing to do this build unintrusively just in case I want a stock classic again some day, minus the JSlam which can barely be seen anyway. I still have all of the parts I pulled off the bike but ill likely sell them to get back some of the money spent on new parts because I really wanted a cleaner build than some of the horrors I see on marketplace. If I ever want to go back it'll cost a bit but it wouldn't be hard to find a decent fender set and rattle can them to match (showroom, I know). submitted by Agent_Andy007 to vstar [link] [comments] |

2025.01.31 02:02 First-Economics-7242 Am I overqualified for an entry level job?
Hi Everyone!* I feel like I need to get this off my chest. A little background about me: I’m from a small country in Asia and moved to the U.S. almost three years ago. Before that, I worked as a research associate at a consulting firm. I loved the work itself—it was focused on providing services in the development sector—but the workplace was toxic. When I got the chance to come to the U.S., I felt like I “had it all.”
I started a Master’s degree in a completely different field (I hold a Bachelor’s in Development Studies and a Master’s in Management). I graduated last May, and ever since, I’ve been trying to break into corporate America. I thought the best way to start would be as an SDBDR. I’ve been working relentlessly to improve my interview skills, resume, cover letter, and overall knowledge. I’ve made it to the final rounds at some big companies, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. I’ve been giving it my all, and I can’t help but wonder why it’s not working out for me.
Recently, I interviewed at a mid-sized company that sells SaaS products for designers and engineers. I made it to the final round with the VP of Sales. The first three rounds—phone screening, interview with the hiring manager—went really well. In fact, the recruiting coordinator was very bullish about me and my skills every time we spoke.
But the final round with the VP of Sales was a completely different experience. It started with her asking me about my past work experience. As I began speaking, she interrupted me and said, “Stop! I want you to keep your answers to two minutes.” I was taken aback. Out of all the interviews I’ve done, this immediately made me feel anxious and uncomfortable.
As she asked me a few more questions, she interrupted again, saying, “Don’t you think you’re too overqualified for this job?” This happened less than seven minutes into the interview, which was supposed to last 30 minutes. After 14 minutes—and after telling me four times that I was “overqualified”—she said she didn’t have any more questions for me.
I tried to hold the conversation together and persuade her that I was a great fit for the role and would love the opportunity to work with the team. But she seemed hesitant to even listen to me. I could see it all over her face. The interview ended after 26 minutes, and I have to admit, I’ve never felt so humiliated in an interview before. I knew I wasn’t getting the job, despite the hiring manager liking me.
Was I actually too overqualified for the job? Or was she just an older white woman who’s been at the same company for decades and wasn’t willing to give a brown girl a chance? This has been on my mind for the past three days, and I can’t seem to get over it. I’d really appreciate any insights or advice on the situation.
Thank you!!!

2025.01.31 02:02 ColonelAngus2000 Rawlings 93 pattern vs 31 pattern
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 93 and 31 pattern? As far as I can tell, the 93 pattern is a cross between the 200/31 pattern. I ask because when I put my PP 314 alongside my PP 93 the 93 looks way smaller than the 314, despite both being 11.5" gloves. Any ideas?
