Sitting upright, relaxed: no pain.
As soon as I start to inhale, I feel pain located a few inches below my right armpit. It wraps around to the back, sometimes feels like it's also coming from my right shoulder blade.
Can this be costo? I've read that it usually involves cartilage which from what I've seen is mostly on the front part of the ribs, not all the way on the side.
When I poke around that area I can maybe feel a bit of tenderness but it's subtle and doesn't really feel like the dull pain I get when I breathe.
I also have an enlarged axillary lymph node right at this location so I'm wondering if there is some other inflammation going on.
*** tl,dr; Has anyone had pain on the side chest under armpit when breathing, that turned out to be costo?
If it's not costo, what kind of imaging could help give a diagnosis? I had a CT and ultrasound that showed the enlarged lymph node but nothing else major was noted.
This pain has been chronic for months if not longer and is driving me crazy, thank you for any insights!

So, according to the video, the children, though technically cousins, were also genetically brothers. Which seems to make sense to me, since identical twins are genetically identical. So I (m) have a friend (f) who has BPD. We were messaging for a year. We had a good relationship (I thought). She always had drama in her life. She is unemployed and has kids but only one lives with her.
About 2 months into texting, it became quite intense and I would always have to put two kisses and reply in a timely manner or she would get angry. If I didn’t put kisses she would either rant or go on to ignore me for a few hours.
She called me “her person” saying I was a safe person she could always talk to, and I felt the same about her.
Around Octobenovember, she started seeing someone. In December, the messages were still daily, but not as many, then they because every other day.
Fast forward to January, she would without talking to me whenever she was with him. 2 weeks ago she told me how she always wants me to talk to her about my problems and she would never stop talking to me or block me or ignore me for someone else.
Well, she has now ignored me. I don’t know what to do with my emotions as I am ADHD, and I struggle making friends especially ones I can openly talk to about my own mental health. She was one that I could. Now that is gone and I feel almost betrayed for trusting her with everything.
What I want to know is, is this typical BPD behaviour? Do I call her out on it? Do I go no contact?

The answer is - don’t be sick.
The biggest risk to your life is delayed care. Think a bunch of people getting kicked off healthcare is going to make it better for you. Maybe at your primary care but not at the hospital where it counts.
Have a cold, you’ll be seen in 30 min. Have a stroke or heart attack, you could die in the ER waiting room or more likely, you stay on the ER floor waiting to be put on the correct floor with specialized care.
Hospitals have to take people regardless if they can pay or not. Without any preventative care or access to medications, your spot on the stroke floor is already taken. Same with heart attacks.
Less money, less staff, more stress results in a greater doctor’s shortage.
So here are 10 things to help you with “health wealth”:
Take all meds on time and refill prior to being out.
Know and control your blood pressure.
Get DEEP, uninterrupted, sleep so your brain can get ride of toxins and waste that build up and contribute to brain disease.
Take a multivitamin.
Don’t freak out, consider buying N95 masks now. They may become unattainable later.
Exercise 20-30 min a day.
Eat better.
Make sure someone is, at the very least, your Medical Power of Attorney, if not your power of attorney. When the medical system is strained, delays for care are more likely to result in more severe outcomes and longer recovery times. Get a living will.
SLOW DOWN and become the best defensive driver you can be. I’m talking 6-10 miles over max. Accidents, with fatalities, are up where I live and they involve multiple cars.
Take care of your mental health. We don’t, and can’t, think about chaos 24/7 even if we are living in it. Remember things you’ve always loved doing and keep doing them - unless it’s buying Birkin bags. Remember time is never promised and we can’t let others steal the time we have with those we love and adore.
