Basically, I’m a ftm transgender person. I am passing as a man, and very few people I have met since having surgery know that I am trans. I got a passport with the “correct” gender marker of male the day after the election, just in case I would need to leave the country. However, I have yet to go to the DMV to update the marker on my driver’s license. I’m worried that if I go, they may take my passport from me for being “wrong” and then (if I try to leave) I would be flagged in some form or another. Would it be safe to try to go, or would it get held up in paperwork? The federal law is pretty clear that I wouldn’t be able to put an “M” on the gender marker anymore, but would Kentucky licenses be under the same law at this moment?

What I understand: Buttcoin is based on outdated tech, which cannot be updated. What I don’t understand is why buttcoin can’t be what its most optimistic proponents want it to be, and whether that would be possible for another crypto with more advanced tech behind it.
I’m crypto skeptical, even more so now that the US government is trying to use tax payers as exit liquidity for Trump’s buddies. But I want someone who isn’t just trying to shill their investment to explain all of this to me. 34 Male, 205lbs, 6'0" Meds: Imodium (x1 in daily AM) Hist: IBS-d, GERD.
Recently I've been having some anemic-like symptoms, my mother has diagnosed anemia. Last month (December) I began having chronic diarrhea after every single meal, I've had IBS-d issues in the past but not like this. I ended up in the ED where I was told my potassium had gotten low and I was given meds to help control the IBS-d. Last year I was also told I have a red meat allergy so I cut out all red meat over a few months ago. I'm taking Imodium to help with the IBS-d, it's mostly under control but still have loose stools just not as bad. GI follow-up in a couple months.
Earlier this month though I had follow-up bloodwork done about 2 weeks after my potassium was found low (Dec 26th), now my HCT was the only "low" (results below are from a Jan 12th draw)
Then this last week I began experiencing very strong palpitations and short bouts of dizziness with the palpitations (irregular rhythm is visible on my smart watch, I was able to record 2 events). I don't really know how to describe the palpitations other than it's like a brief moment of breathlessness, like getting the wind knocked out of you. My standing and resting heart rates have been about 20 points higher than normal. I've also noted this week my feet have been FREEZING and my workouts are nearly impossible to complete; I used to maintain a heart rate 150-170 without issue, now I hit 120-130 and I start feeling really fatigued and overwhelmingly short of breath that I have to stop. Tonight I tried exercising again but I felt so out of breath and my heart was beating so hard I had to stop. I've reached out to my PCP a couple days ago but no response yet, so I'm just kind of sitting around wondering wth is happening.
I'm wondering if I should push for some kind of Anemia testing, from what I've been researching it sounds like I have a lot of common symptoms with Anemia. I would say I have an iron-poor diet but have never had my iron levels checked.
I haven't been sick, no fevers, no cough, Covid home test negative, I've had my flu shot.

 | Thank you for your responses! I know now that there is no such thing as getting her used to being rudely awakened. It's just a matter of not allowing her to be rudely awakened in the first place. I wanted to clarify though. I never blamed Storm. I fully blamed them and told them so to their faces and told them they better not do it again. Just wasn't sure if getting her used to it was a thing as my cousin kept telling me how her dog never did that. But i'm pretty sure now she's just trying to put down my training methods in a way to say she's better. Maybe she is? But again, her dog was very reactive to people and dogs. Storm isn't. She snapped after they roused her from deep sleep which I get. About Storm's collar. It's not too tight. It's loose and will slide down her neck even. I can fit 4 fat fingers in on both sides and she's still fine. She has a lot of loose skin there so it looks like it's tight but her skin bunches. Storm is my first dog- as in she is solely mine and my responsibility. I've been partially responsible for the family dogs. Pitbulls and pitbull/mastiffs. I've been around dogs for 20+ years now. But she is MY first dog that I've been expected to train, buy food for, take to vet visits, and whatnot. Finally- I'm so happy in not the only one that thinks Batdog when I see her chest!
